✨90 seconds?? Can you hang??✨

To be completely transparent, I’ve always had pretty amazing grip strength. When I was competing in gymnastics, the uneven bars was always my best event, and I was unofficially known as the “bar queen.” This grip strength challenge was definitely fun and a great way to test where my fitness is at with dead hangs. Now I really want to push my limits and see how much longer I can hold on! Give this a try and let me know how long you can hang!! 💪🏼

For those who don’t know, these bikes that go nowhere are where my entire fitness journey began.

I took my first spin class at 15. Years later, that first ride evolved into a career in fitness, taking me through countless modalities and teaching me the deeper purpose of movement.

But spin will always hold a special place in my heart ♥️

People walk into these rooms carrying different stories: stress, heartbreak, a long week, or simply the need to “headbang” on there handbars 😝 For those 45 minutes, we get to create something magical together: energy, release, connection, and hopefully a reason to leave feeling a little better than when we came in.

That’s what keeps me coming back everytime. See you bright and early Saturday 10AM @lifetime.bellevue 💕 #lifetime #indoorcyclinginstructor #spin #cycling #indoorcycle

Vinyasa and Yin offer two very different ways of moving and connecting with the body. While Vinyasa flows through poses with movement and breath, Yin invites you to slow down and stay.

Longer holds in poses like Rolling Panda and Deer create space to explore deeper layers of the body—working into connective tissue, fascia, and areas of tension while cultivating patience, stillness, and awareness.

Sometimes the deepest practice is simply learning to stay. 🧘🏻

You babes PACKED. THE. ROOM. 🤯💥

Thank you to every single person who chose to spend an hour of their day sweating, pulsing, moving, and having fun with us. Every full room, every shaky muscle, every laugh, and every “I’m definitely feeling this tomorrow” means more than you know. 😂

You are the reason I get to do what I love 💕 finding joy, connection, and purpose through movement.

And a BIG shoutout to my partner in crime @caseysugarplum the girl who keeps me accountable through fitness AND through life. Couldn’t have asked for a better teammate. 🤍

Cheers to this one, to the community we’re building @lifetime.bellevue and to many more sweaty adventures together. 🥂✨

Not every workout needs to leave you exhausted. 👀

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your body is slow down, breathe, and simply be.

This is your sign to take the rest day you’ve been feeling guilty about. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Save this reminder + send it to someone who needs to slow down.
