🔥 Progress with purpose.

4 rounds. Pyramid loading. Heavier weights. Just 8 intentional reps at each progression.

No rushing. No wasted reps. Just focus, control, and challenging yourself to get stronger. 💪

When your hamstrings are shaking and your glutes are on fire, you know you showed up to do the work! 🍑🔥

Train with intention. Trust the process. Get stronger.

Think this looks easy? 😂 Think again!

🔥 Hanging knee hold
💪 10-lb plate
🎯 One little ball. One tiny target.

Your abs are working overtime while you try to get that ball in the hole!

Fitness should challenge you AND be fun. Who’s next? 👀💪

💪✨ One of my favorite things about being a trainer is getting to watch someone grow—not just in strength, but in confidence, too!

She’s getting stronger, her form is looking great, and she continues to show up ready to work. I also love the energy she brings to our sessions. She works hard, keeps challenging herself, and makes our time together FUN! 😊

Watching her progress has been so rewarding, and this TRX plank knee tuck is a great example of the work she’s putting in. Keep it up—you’re doing amazing! 👏🔥

Proud trainer moment! 🙌💪

🔥 She said, “Let’s add plyometric push-ups” — and then she showed up and got it DONE! 💪

Confidence. Strength. Action.

There’s something powerful about knowing what you’re capable of and continuing to push yourself to the next level. Keep going! 🚀
