This year’s #NKPRIT26 welcomed an incredible lineup of talent to our portrait studio with @people, @entertainmentweekly and @shutterstock. 📸

Orlando Bloom, Helen Mirren, Jon Hamm, Lily-Rose Depp, Cynthia Erivo, Anna Kendrick, Andrew Scott, Christopher Briney and more joined us at the #QTower Presentation Centre by @lifetime_dev and @diamondcorp_ during #TIFF2026.

Sharing the spotlight were adoptable pups from @projectpawsdogrescue. From cuddles between portraits to memorable moments in front of the camera, they helped bring attention to pet adoption and the work being done to help dogs in need find loving homes. 🐾

For every celebrity who visited the studio, a donation was made to Artists for Peace and Justice (@ArtistsforPeace) and Project Paws, continuing an IT House tradition of bringing creativity and giving back together. 🖤

Meet the pups looking for their forever homes. 🐾❤️

One of the things that makes IT House so meaningful is being able to shine a light on organizations doing important work.

This year, as we bring #NKPRIT26 to life with @People, @EntertainmentWeekly and @Shutterstock at the #QTower Presentation Centre, alongside @lifetime_dev and @diamondcorp_, we’re proud to once again support @projectpawsdogrescue.

Project Paws and @hanks_haven gives abandoned and vulnerable dogs the care and support they need while helping them find loving homes, and I’m so happy we can share their work and introduce you to some of the pups joining us this year.

Scroll through to meet them, and stay tuned to our stories next week for a closer look at everything happening at #NKPRIT26. 🖤

I’ve been seeing the “kinda chic” trend everywhere, and it got me thinking about what chic means to me.

For me, it’s about what you build, who you build it with, the relationships you nurture along the way, and what you do with the opportunities you’ve been given.

Almost 25 years into building NKPR, I’m proud of what we’ve created. The people, the partnerships, the work, the impact - and the fact that after all these years, I continue to be super excited about what’s ahead.

Turns out, longevity is kinda chic. 🖤

@nkpr.inc we have had the privilege to on so many incredible projects that have helped shape the city skyline.

I am so proud that @nkpr.inc has helped shape the careers of so many incredibly talented people for almost 25 years.

Many of our client partners have been part of our @nkpr.inc family for more than a decade. And our longest client is @blooryorkville for over 20 years. One of my favourite neighborhoods in the city.

Thank @lanterradev for giving me the oppt to collaborate on a project of a lifetime. Natasha the Residences has been a dream to work on and I’m excited for so many to call this beautiful residence … home.

We bought this building in 2022 during Covid, fully renovated it to create an inspiring environment for our team to call home.

One of the things I’m most proud of at @nkpr.inc is the incredible people who have chosen to build their careers with us, many for more than a decade.

@rebecca_risen, our SVP, has been with NKPR for 17 years and @nathanmarchio, our VP of Hospitality, for 13. Their leadership, kindness, commitment and care have helped shape who we are today.

And they’re part of an incredible group of long-standing team members who have grown with NKPR, helped build this agency and made it better along the way. I’m beyond grateful for all of them.

Love welcoming some of the world’s most talented artists to #Toronto. And doing this every year with the best partners @people shutterstock @entertainmentweekly at one of the most perfect locations. Thank you @lifetime_dev @lifetime_brianbrown @diamondcorp_ #QTower

Love what I get to do and build every single day!! We have helped build some of the most recogn

Exhibition views inside the Liberty Market Building. Part of @lifetime_dev artist-in-residence program. This exhibition is free and open to the public.

Location: 📍 171 East Liberty Street, Second Floor in the Lounge area. Toronto, ON.

About the Exhibition:
This exhibition features two artwork collections that aim to evoke a sense of connection with nature. “Traces” is a series that explores tree bark patterns as symbols of cycles, transformation, growth, and resilience. These artworks invite a slow, contemplative look, encouraging a deep attunement to the environment, a heightened awareness of nature’s rhythms, and an embrace of serendipity. “The Blue Collection” invites stillness and is a visual escape to embrace solitude and to find clarity and vitality in the simplicity of the landscape.

From down to back up again – construction at Q Tower is back to the same depth as the excavation 2 months ago.

Excavation was completed in June and structural work commenced, but drone flights were limited over downtown Toronto during the World Cup.

In the latest photo update from the site, structural progress includes:

-completion of slab on grade for P4 level

-walls and columns up to P3 level are mostly complete

-forming of P3 floor slab is underway

Check in for more updates as this project progresses.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another unforgettable TIFF season. 🎥🖤
