This one is for the KIDS, and "No man stands taller than the man who kneels down to help a child!"

Jigg, this week, you stand the tallest, the biggest in the city! I'm proud of you and the man and father you have become. Keep going! #CampJig #5amclub

Been blessed to coach this group of young men the past two years. They’ve had an incredible season so far (14–0), so on the eve of playoffs we took a minute to breathe and catch a movie to relax before the toughest stretch of the year.

Huge thank you to @reelcinemaslancaster and @lifewithdanimaj for making it happen.

No matter how this week goes, the future of CV Basketball is bright. Blessed to be part of each of these young men’s journey. #travelbasketball #cvbucks #cvbuckskins #humblehungrysmart

Soaking up the last golden days of summer? Your Toki mat is the perfect on-the-go sidekick for all the play (and the memories) 🤗

Are you holding on to sweet summertime vibes ☀️🍉 or are you ready to cozy up with all things fall 🍂🍁

We are Mamas. Wives. Friends. Sisters. Aunties. We wear so many hats that sometimes we forget to take them off at the end of the day.

Self care looks like taking a day to reset. Our hormones can play a major role in the postpartum experience. Be kind to you.

Today our mama enjoyed our 90 minute experience and got her big chop for the beautiful warm days ahead.

It was so nice seeing you @lifewithdanimaj 💕

🏀Breaking Cycles, Building Dreams🏀

This dad, who grew up without a father, is making sure his son has everything he needs to shine. From gifting a fresh set of shoes to basketball equipment, this moment is about more than just gear—it’s about showing love, pride, and support.
When his son gets emotional over this special surprise, it’s clear: this is what fatherhood is all about-being there, showing up, and creating moments that will last a lifetime.
Tag a dad who’s building a legacy of love and support!
