Sometimes you have to change your environment to realize just how much more is possible.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned since stepping away from a 20 year career and starting my own agency is the power of exposure.

Getting in different rooms, surrounding myself with people operating at levels I haven’t reached yet, and having conversations that challenge the way I think. It’s completely changed my perspective on what’s possible.

The more I expose myself to this, the more I realize how much room there is to grow. There’s an entirely different level of life out there that I haven’t experienced yet, and I’m working toward it every day.

Sometimes you have to SEE MORE to then BELIEVE MORE. And once you see it, there’s no going back to thinking small.

For almost 20 years, I thought I knew exactly where my life was going. Then I changed my mind.

At 39, I walked away from coaching and started over in life insurance. Zero experience, right back to being a beginner again.

Four months later, I’m realizing I may not have left coaching at all. I’m in a different arena, but I’m on the same mission.

That mission is to help people get better, build something meaningful and see how far we can take it.

Ultimately I got to the point that I’d rather find out than spend my life wondering.

So, why not me?
