This summer was filled with new faces, new places, unexpected adventures, 30$ cigarettes, best clouds ive ever seen, a few questionable decisions and a lot of good memories. Sometimes the best moments are the ones you never planned.

The last couple of years, everything has felt a little brighter.

Sunsets feel more colourful. Music hits a little deeper. Laughs are louder. Friendships feel fuller. New places feel more exciting, quiet moments feel more peaceful, and even the messy, chaotic, imperfect parts of life feel like something I’m lucky to experience.

Maybe it’s because I spent so many years struggling to see the colour in anything that now, I notice it everywhere.

In the people I love. In songs played way too loud. In early mornings and late nights. In strangers who become friends. In sunsets I stop everything to watch. In adventures that turn into stories. In belly laughs, good cries, wrong turns and moments I wish I could bottle up forever.

Life isn’t perfect. It was never supposed to be.

But somewhere along the way, I found my sparkle again. And now that I know what it feels like to live in colour, I never want to take a single shade of it for granted.

I’m just really, really grateful to be here for all of it. #suicidepreventionmonth

Music has always been such a staple in my life, but there’s something extra special about experiencing it live.

Being surrounded by thousands of people singing the same words, dancing until your feet hurt, finding new songs to love and getting to share all of it with some of my favourite people.

Forever grateful for days and nights that come with a really good soundtrack. 🎶

5 things I’m taking away from this summer:

1. Nature heals parts of you that cities just can’t.

2. Meeting strangers, hearing their stories and letting new people into your world will forever fuel me.

3. Music is everything. Songs become people, places, late night drives and memories you can return to in seconds.

4. If I had nothing but my friends, I’d still have everything.

5. Say yes more. The best memories are usually hiding somewhere outside your comfort zone.

As the seasons change, I’m taking all of it with me. The peace, the chaos, the music, the people and a summer that reminded me just how much I love being alive.

No trophy… but this is only the beginning ✨

Stepping on stage for the first time taught me more than I could have imagined. This journey challenged me physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I fell in love with every part of the process.

I may not have walked away with the placing I hoped for, but I walked away with experience, knowledge, and an even bigger fire to see what I’m truly capable of. This was just me dipping my toes into the world of bodybuilding, and I know there is so much more growth ahead.

Now it’s time to improve, grow, and build the best version of myself. I’m excited to see what my potential truly is and where this journey will take me.

A huge thank you to my family, friends, work colleagues, @jayden_snyder, @earl.girl and all the incredible athletes I met along the way. Your support, encouragement, and belief in me made this journey so so special. I’m grateful for every message, every check-in, and every bit of guidance. I couldn’t have done this without you all
