Less than two years ago, Empower was just getting started. And today, we got to see a number that once felt so far away become a reality.

I wish I could put into words how proud I am of this team.

Every agent who has put in the hours, pushed through the hard days, trusted the process, and continued showing up has played a part in getting us here.

There have been so many moments behind the scenes that nobody sees, and I think that’s what makes milestones like this so emotional. We know what it took to get here.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people who have helped build Empower into what it is today. Getting to watch this team grow, both personally and professionally, has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

We did it. And I couldn’t be more proud of us. ❤️

This event was incredible, and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from industry leaders. Insurance has been the most challenging yet fulfilling career, and it’s nice to be reminded that what we do truly matters.

When we serve, we deserve. At the end of the day, this is a people business, and nothing fills my cup more than protecting the people I may never get to meet and supporting my business partners with a dedicated heart. 🤍
