Total: 527.5 kg/1162.9 lbs
Weight: 80.6 kg/177.69 lbs

Going into the meet the goal was to make weight and not bomb out on squats. So, I’ll take this meet as a huge win. Came out with a huge ATPR on squats, but bench did not go to plan as a huge lat cramp derailed my second and third attempts.

I want to express my thankfulness for my coach @yan.ironmecca for being the best coach and handler. Switching to conventional 6 weeks out was the most unexpected change, but we made it work. I would never have imagined to hit these numbers without him. Handling 6 athletes at one meet is a feat in itself.

Shoutout @andeezlifts for pushing me in training and bringing me my chipotle in a time crunch. INTO THE OFFSEASON!! #theYSLway #teamYSL

2023 Raw Collegiate Cup
First Meet Ft. Try Not To Cramp Challenge: Impossible

Squats
200kg | 440.9lbs ✅

Bench
120kg | 264.5lbs ✅

Deadlift
232.5 | 512.5lbs ✅

8/8.
Total: 552.5 | 1218lbs
Weight: 86.2kg | 190lbs
Dots: 365.33

Going into this meet I was nervous on trolling my third attempts even though we hit everything during prep. But I did not expect to cramp during every attempt I did 😅 but we still hit the 8 attempts we did‼️

I would like to thank my coach @yan.ironmecca for not only the guidance but also the liquid iv packets he had in his lil goodie pouch to make sure I was able to stand for my third deadlift attempt. Could not have gotten these numbers without him‼️

Thank you everyone who came and supported me during the meet and during this prep. I had a ton of fun and glad I finally can say I’ve done a meet. Special shoutout to my gf @valeriemei for being my biggest supporter and for the photos n vids

Lastly I would like to thank these wonderful establishments for making me 90kg
Sura, 27 Riverside Ave, Medford, MA 02155
Happy Lamb Cambridge, 485 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139
Happy Lamb Allston, 138 Brighton Ave, Boston, MA 02134

i want to thank thank @mr.dan_howell for for holding it down in my corner and going to war with me. 11 months of powerlifting, look what we did.

shoutout to my boys @adonis.myers_ @theo_chocolat1 @gavin.g153 @bel_chapo @iykma_ @k.t_akers @mister._.jaiku for trooping from Lowell to Worcester to shake the room for the kidd.

the plan was to try and fill out weight @ 242 so when i weighed in @ 237, i was kinda stressed. i still managed to keep keep most of my strength, but this is not the best version of me, far from my final form.

that 3rd deadlift, i was so close 🤏🏾. i lost balance right @ lockout. 700 🔜.

@umlpowerlifting to the moon 💫

@evolve_ft @jruoppo @aopowerlifting amazing meet.

finally got drug tested, so the steroid accusations finally can stop. 😂
