POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hey, nice to meet you. My name is norman Lloyd Kinsey III.
.
I was raised by my aunt my dad and stepmom for a short time and then my biological mom when I got into middle school.
.
I had fluid in my ears and needed to have tubes to drain the fluids and by the time my family figured this out I was in third grade, reading lips, and behind in school.
.
The school system decided to put me into a special education. Resource with the kids in wheelchairs that had autism and down syndrome. I definitely felt less than everybody else growing up. But this is a blessing. ❤️
.
I’ve never really had a solid father figure in my life to show me the ropes and no one in my family owns their own business or our entrepreneurs .
.
Luckily for me, I’ve seen what poverty looks like and upper middle class. Because I’m so observant. I am and I had the ability to see both sides. I chose the high road. #entrepreneurship.
.
I was teased made fun of had. No friends was diagnosed with colitis. Inflammation of my large intestines and told that I’d be on medication for the rest of my life. But I’m happy to say I’ve overcame all of those labels.
.
I look at myself as a walking billboard of inspiration motivation with the goal to serve others to show them what’s possible and what you could achieve in your life with a positive mental attitude I want and will for more.
.
Nice things are only tools to intrigue and inspire the young amazing experiences with a loving family that I cherish are for those more seasoned and the real estate industry is how people will know my name giving me the foundation to speak up to our children and help others overcome the negativity or subject to in our lives.
.
Be sure to give your feedback on any spelling punctuations that I missed and if you wanna follow along for the ride, I’m pretty consistent in my stories. God bless you and may you all achieve what you wish in your lives. #dad #leader #example

Feeling overwhelmed, feeling lost, filling out of control, feeling stressed, dose any of theses emotions resonate with you? 🤔
.
It’s because you DO NOT have a Target, goal, aspiration or a why, name it what you want.
.
The @liftoffagent truck would have ever been a possibility without an unwavering belief of an aspiration or goal. Who raps there personal vehicle with there company logos gotta be crazy lol 😂
.
@candybowenrealtor has to have a target and or goal to be able to afford $100,000 @mercedesbenz plus vehicle.
.
All the coaching, courses, companies in the world, can’t help you! Until you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing and the target you want to hit. The HOW will come after you set your target and understand WHY you want to hit that target. 😄

Emotions are a choice. 🤬
.
Yes you heard me correct our minds have been conditioned subject to our environment.
.
Think about what stresses you out, thinking about what you worry about, think about what you over analyze.
.
I’ll give an example my wife daughter and I went to the grocery store. Ordered some food before, we when to the store my daughter‘s not feeling well so my wife was holding her, I grabbed all the groceries and we forgot about the purse. #shit
.
Not until we woke up this morning at 4 AM did he come to find out that all of our cards were charged and the purse was not returned it stolen and the cards were compromised not to mention Infiniti key Burberry sunglasses and so on. 🤬
.
Needless to say my wife was stressed out, who wants to deal with all that canceling of cards, making a police report, buying new purse, glasses and everything. It stressful I understand.
.
But what I don’t understand is why we except those emotions because they directly impact our body and overall well-being.
.
I’ll Put it this way, if there’s a gun to your head or a tiger chasing you and you were about to die, I can validate the emotions because your life is in jeopardy.
.
The problem is we except the same emotions (endorphins) as having a gun to our head or a tiger chasing us for our lives. In due time this will affect our mental and physical health. It’s called a long-term death sentence and you’re doing it to yourself and you don’t even know it.
.
Here’s a life hack tool, question your thoughts, ask yourself am I committed to excepting the thoughts I’m experiencing? If the answer is no then stop the answer is yes and keep filling those emotions.
.
This is something I’ve been working on for a long time and I hope it helps you in your life to become a better person, leader, parent in the world. My intention is for you to take control of your emotional state, have long healthy life and become the best version of YOU!! 👊

YES 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
.
Do NOT let outside circumstances dictate your path.
.
Do not let your emotions take control of you – because they are just as capable of trapping you in a life you do not want as your circumstances are.
.
Each day, refuse to let your environment determine your actions, attitude, and ultimately your outcome.👊👊👊
.
When we look towards where we are going and not at the storms around us, we can walk on water.
.
Wishing all the best of success this week. 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
