✨ A Hidden matcha spot in St Kilda that surprised me🍵 📍Lift + Matcha Located inside Lacland Court Shopping mall, this cafe serves hand-whisked matcha, freshly made scrolls, cookies and cakes using natural ingredients and no refined sugar. There’s really warm and cosy about this little spot, from the small details in their baked goods to their friendly warm hospitality. It really did exceeded my expectations. I tried a few of their sweets and loved that they didn’t leave me feeling overly heavy or uncomfortable. Everything felt lighter while still being satisfying. Their matcha and specialty coffee (salted caramel cream latte) are good to try too. Definitely one to keep on your radar if you’re down in St Kilda . . . . . . . . melbourne eats this july!!! 🌞🇦🇺 wow idk what it is about tofu shoten’s donuts (shoten means shop in japanese btw hehe) but DAMN THIS WAS THE SOFTEST AND MOST PILLOWY DONUT i have ever sunk my teeth into & it was life changing!!! 🤩🤩🤩 literally melted the moment i bit into it… i will willingly eat these donuts for the rest of my life screw krispy kreme LOL this might be one of the most decadent and creamiest hot chocolate ever!!! ☕️🍫😌 the chilli mussel pot was so hearty especially in the winter hehe i couldn’t get enough of the broth 😋🍲🍲 also cosplayed as jade in aus OOP HAHA i love black ssm… this was genuinely such a high quality & healthy cookie MM it was so nutty & fragrant, i think it was made with almond(?) flour!! not sinful at all HEHE pleasantly surprised with this random pit stop at st kilda 👍🏻 ok this was pretty decent but considering it’s no. 1 in melbourne… 🫣 HAHAH i think i jus have a bone to pick with them using cups meant for hot drinks for my iced latte… star of the show was definitely the pandan croissant ahhh i’m so glad my friend bought this & let me try hehehe 🥹(ironically i fear no bakery in singapore could ever replicate this even tho it’s such a local flavour LOL) also the only time i’ll ever splurge on oysters for 1 pax! 🤤🤪 $20+ / pax 🫣🫣😮‍💨… ok but this rly satisfied my mala tang cravings unlike the one in sydney LOL it looked super red but wasn’t actually that numbing, plus the collagen bone broth was so creamy! pretty good hehe yums i think this one must eat during luteal / menstrual phase…. HAHAHA well it was a bit too jelak for my liking but the concept was interesting! it’s like yochi but tiramisu 🤪👍🏻 i would have preferred a stronger coffee flavour in the tiramisu so so good with their in-house sauce & pickled green chilli ~ the whole flavour profile was so interesting!! (also i really like pickles in burgers/sandwiches 😛) YUMMM 😋😋 11/10 worth the hype disappointing ... it was such a highly raved matcha spot but it just tasted so milky after i mixed it 🥲🥲

solo dates in st kilda might just be my favourite kind of days 💌 the best matcha from @liftplus.cafe , 10k steps by the sea, and finishing the day with pilates. ✨ #stkildabeach #melbourne #softgirlera #romanticiseyourlife #slowliving
