The year 2023 had surprisingly become a wild roller coaster journey for me. Each month that I’ve been encountered from music, school and even in the city of LA had always help developing my path more thriving and achieving each step by step. Even there are some road path that I’ve experienced had been grew heavy and very emotional at some moments. And I should know that’s ok too, cause’ even at the strange time, we began to relearn about life and start creating a new chapter with it. Even it’ll take time, processes and mentally find the signs to believed that we can survive and keep on living. I’m very grateful for start walking my mental health journey after 5 years to start find my healing, and still continue with it, even in the future. Other than that, I’m having an amazing and embracing this year 2023 that they had ever given to me. Whats even more surprising and very grateful of this year is that I gotta chance to rediscover about myself a lot more and found some inspiration that had help my music, artwork and even my biggest project that I’m very exciting and strongly looking forward to. I’m very grateful for 2023 and there are so much amazing moment that I would love and personally treasured it as much as I can. Meeting new friends at the best school in MI. Get to listen and celebrate one of my favorite band of all time’s second record for 20th Anniversary. Went to some few awesome concert shows like Whiskey Go-Go (for the very first time), BMO Stadium, FivePoint Amphitheater and return to KIA Forum (on the holiday show). Gets to meet and greet my favorite musicians. And best of all, got a chance to start developing my biggest project by reaching out my new friends and start jamming together. I’m ready for the next chapter of 2024, and I hope, wishing you all to have a very Happy New Years!!! Before reaching to the 2024 era, here are my top 10 fav 2023 moments!!!

Last week was a bittersweet, heartfelt and the best gathering night that I’ve ever spend with my two favorite guys in the musician recovery club. Back in Winter Quarter 2023, I remember that I’ve first saw that sobriety club flyer from the school hallway and decided to participate it. Anyone who can be welcome to that club cause’ it was also categorized as mental health recovery too. Even it had changed their name and officially called it as “Musician for Well-Being” club. I’m so ultimately grateful to join that mental health recovery session cause’ it had taught me so much more about multiple experiences of mental health, listing as many option and exercise that can help our health (physically and mentally) and how to resolve our personal problems (no matter how big or small that it had got us through). And even the best part about this club is I’ve get a chance to meet new people especially my two favorite guys, @dhruv.grooves (singer, guitarist and the owner of the club) and @lightbeing_music (the drummer). We have so much fun talking about music, songwriting, production, classes and even learn about our mental health journey. Even though last week was the final day of the club, it was still an amazing and fun journey to participate, cause’ it help us to be strong, confident and keep continuing learn more about our lives. It even helps me to become an honest, well listened, coming out of shell and embracing person with my two best friends. They both taught me so much about their life journey and also becoming the best supportive friends that I could ever ask for. Mental health is a surprising, wild, roller coaster, grieving path that we could ever experience before and even during. I’m gonna miss you very much Dhruv, thank you for being my best friend, life advisor, and the best mental health teacher for me and Lucas. We hope that one of these days we’ll meet again somewhen when we’ll becoming the best musician rock/metal stars!!! I’ll always remember your amazing club in my fifth year of mental health journey (especially we have a really good, delicious kick-ass brownie!!!)
