When @kingslanearchitects approached me with a vision to collaborate on a custom lighting design, I jumped at the chance. Cue 15metres of handwoven raffia, a custom 3 colour blend to add depth and variation, a custom 1.6m wide LED lighting frame by @lightcore_lighting, and three woven tiers. We have SOMA LUCIA. A sculptural celebration of nature, light and healing. Can’t wait to share more details of this beautiful piece in situ in its new home in Bangalow. #weaving #customlights #texture #installation #pendantlights

Every Sollux artificial skylight undergoes a continuous 48 hour ageing test before it is approved for delivery.

Inside our controlled testing room, skylights of different sizes operate under elevated temperature and humidity conditions. During this process, our team carefully monitors lighting performance, dynamic cloud movement and overall functionality.

If any irregularity is detected, the skylight is inspected, repaired and tested again. Only products that successfully complete the full ageing and quality-testing process are approved for shipping.

That’s our commitment to consistent performance, reliability and quality. That’s the Sollux standard.

Every Skylight is individually photometrically tested before it reaches our customers.

Unlike standard batch testing, we assess every panel for lux output, lumens, beam angle and CRI to ensure consistent performance and verify that it meets the promised specifications.

The SOL 0606 shown here delivers an impressive 5,000 lux at a distance of three metres, combining powerful illumination with carefully verified quality.

Testing every panel. Delivering consistent performance. That’s the Sollux standard.

During the vibration test we will identity whether or not any parts of the LED skylight have not been fixed, secured or soldered correctly. Each panel is tested at 25 Hertz for 25 minutes.
Every Sollux artificial skylight must successfully pass the vibration testing before it can be shipped to you because quality is out number one priority.

Atria redefines what happens when leading minds in design and technology unite with a shared vision.

In collaboration with @graya , @_zarchitect , @lightcore_lighting , @acotelectrical and our team at Electronic Living, this residence has been crafted with intention at every turn - a home where form, function and experience are equally prioritised.

Anchoring the space is a 9.2.2 ch home cinema built around @krixsound MX-30 front LCRs, a powerful subwoofer and surround arrangement, all driven by @anthem_av with ARC room calibration. A @sony laser projector and 170-inch @screentechnics micro-perforated screen complete the cinematic experience, supported by a centralised equipment rack and fully integrated control system for everyday simplicity.

From the fibre-optic ceiling that evokes a night sky to the smart automation seamlessly connecting each room, Atria showcases how technology can enrich the way a home feels — not just how it performs.
