Behind every great design is a great team. Meet Brandon, Solution Specification Associate at @lightingenvironments and a three-time Cosmo Couture participant. When asked what keeps him coming back to these events, the answer was easy: The creativity and collaboration across our industry. And if we asked him to describe this year's design in just three words? ✨ 60s Mod ♻️ Recycled 🍄 Mycelium Intrigued? So are we! Brandon also believes that great relationships, whether with customers or teammates, are built on three things: Authenticity. Responsiveness. Product knowledge. Check back tomorrow as we give you a sneak peek behind the scenes of this year's creation. #CosmoCouture #LightingDesign #IIDA #Collaboration #DesignCommunity #Lightolier ________________________________________

Every great design starts with an idea. For @morganhunt7 Project Designer and first-time Cosmo Couture participant, the inspiration began with exploring the idea of tension and finding ways to bring the event theme to life both literally and aesthetically. One of her favorite parts of the process? Working with materials that don't always behave predictably. "Once you figure out what works, it's exciting. It's more of a challenge and pushes you to think differently." Morgan believes: "Good design should always be equitable and as far-reaching as possible." We're proud to have her creativity and fresh perspective helping shape this year's installation. More team introductions coming soon! #CosmoCouture #IIDA #DesignThinking #InteriorDesign #LightingCommunity #Lightolier
