We’re starting to see the fruit. And it’s beautiful ❤️

Since our last Sydney Christian Creatives gathering, one thing we keep hearing again and again:

“This is the community I’ve been praying for.”

And that means more to us than numbers, turnout or putting on a great event ever could.

The testimonies. The new friendships. The conversations continuing long after the night ended. Christians from different churches, denominations and creative fields encouraging one another, praying for one another and genuinely doing life together.

This is what we prayed for.

Not to build another “creative community”, but to see the Body of Christ come together.

To remind each other that the gifts in our hands aren’t just for building careers, businesses or platforms.

They’ve been entrusted to us by God.

So whether it’s a camera, a paintbrush, a microphone, a business, a song, a story, or simply a willingness to serve, may we steward it well and use what’s in our hands to glorify our Father in Heaven and serve His Kingdom.

We’re still hearing testimonies from what God has been doing through this little community, and honestly, we’re in awe.

Look at the fruit. Look at what the Lord has done.

Thank You, Jesus. 🤍

Our hearts are so full. 🤍

Last night, around 50 of us gathered together.

Different churches.
Different denominations.
Different backgrounds.
And we weren’t even gathering in our own home church.

But we came with something in common:

A desire for Godly community.
A heart for unity.
And a desire to steward what God has placed in our hands for His glory.

And looking back at last night, I’m simply in awe.

Look at what the Lord has done.

Thank you Kay, Ren & Adlina for leading us so beautifully in worship. 🙌
Thank you Ian & Mark for serving behind the scenes with production.
Thank you to the brilliant Ella, who carried the night as our MC with so much grace and kindness.

Thank you Gerard, Pastor Sebastian & Carla for generously sharing your wisdom, experience and testimony on our business panel.

And a special thank you to Pastor Sebastian & Carla for staying and creating space to minister and pray over people. That was incredibly special. 🤍

HUGE thank you to Elevation Church, Castle Hill for so generously opening your door to welcome us! The fruit of this meeting is absolutely a move of God. Thank you for trusting and investing in people you barely know!

Mike thank you for trusting us and putting your name on the line so we could access this space we honour and are incredibly grateful for you! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

But what has left me most in awe are the stories and testimonies already coming out of this community.

Friendships formed.
People encouraged.
Prayers answered.
People finding community they had been asking God for.

I genuinely can’t believe what God has done through a simple act of obedience.

None of this is about building our name.

It’s about stewarding what He has given us, loving His people, building His Kingdom and glorifying our Father in heaven.

Sydney Christian Creatives, this is only possible because people keep saying yes and bringing whatever God has placed in their hands.

Thank You, Jesus. All glory belongs to You. 🙏

I had the joy of marrying two people who make each other laugh every single day.

Erin, you are one of the kindest souls I know and I couldn’t love you more if we were sisters.

Steve... somehow you finally found someone who laughs at all your jokes.

Watching you both promise to keep choosing each other was such a privilege.

My heart is so full.

Celebrating Erin and Steve wasn’t just another wedding, it was celebrating two people I love.
