🥛 What's the Real Price of a Glass of Milk?

"Do You Know the Real Cost of Milk?" 🥛💔

When you see a glass of milk, what do you think about?

Do you ever wonder what the mother cow had to go through before that milk reached us?

❓How does she produce milk?
Just like humans, cows produce milk after giving birth. To keep milk flowing year after year, many dairy cows are repeatedly impregnated.

❓What happens to her baby?
In many dairy systems, calves are separated from their mothers shortly after birth so that most of the milk can be collected for human consumption. This separation can be stressful for both the cow and her calf.

❓Who is the milk really meant for?
Milk is nature's first food for a mother's baby. Every calf deserves the nourishment and care of their own mother.

Before taking the next sip, ask yourself:

💭 Is this the future we want to support?
💭 Could we choose delicious plant-based alternatives instead?
💭 What if compassion became part of our everyday choices?

Every purchase is a vote for the kind of world we want to create. Choosing plant-based options is one way many people seek to reduce animal suffering and support a more compassionate food system.

🌱 Choose kindness.
💚 Choose compassion.
🐄 Let every mother keep her baby.

Choose Alternatives. Say No to Animal Exploitation. 🌱

Today, we have alternatives for almost everything, milk, curd, butter, cheese, clothing, cosmetics, and more.

When compassionate choices are available, why continue supporting industries that depend on breeding, confinement, and the use of animals for human wants?

Every purchase is a vote for the kind of world we want to create.

Choose products that nourish without exploitation. Choose kindness over convenience. Because every small choice has the power to create a big change.

Choose alternatives. Choose vegan. 💚🕊️

Rise and shine for those who have no voice but ours. The world is waking up, and so is the movement for total animal liberation. Every morning is a new opportunity to challenge the status quo and demand justice for every sentient being.
We aren’t here to ask for slightly larger cages; we are here to demand the cages be emptied. Exploitation has no place in a civilized society, and your habits are the front line of this revolution.
Join the Movement
• Stop funding the industry of death.
• Choose justice over convenience.
• Go vegan today.
No excuses. No compromises. Just liberation.

“Everyone deserves love and compassion”—and we mean everyone. ✊🌈

We brought Animal Save India to Gulabi Mela to spark some necessary conversations. Beyond the labels, we all feel the same. It was powerful to see so many people stop, read, and reflect on what true liberation looks like for all species.

Merry Christmas from us to you ❤️
Loved how this night came through and it was literally a representation of how this beautiful circle has helped me through the year.
From my girls who stayed later than expected even after work hours to make sure the decor is decoring, while also marinating amazing food.
To the man gang who met each other for the first time but came together as a team, helping out setting up the grill like their life depended on it, getting their hands dirty with coal and also probably hurting themselves.
To friends I have known since 15 years, through tears of sadness through tears of joy.
To my family who never fails to bring in the fun and the party to the gathering while also doing the backend work!!!!
And to the man who paused the night to ask "are you happy?" because I finally got the barbeque party that I always wanted. Making me jump like a child.

This was a blessed Christmas and I am so grateful for each one of you 💛
