“Band from Ibadan?”

By the end of the event: “Please, can I have their number?” 😂🔥

Yesterday, Omega Events planned an 80th birthday celebration, and our client specifically requested a band they had seen perform in Ibadan. We had already booked another band, but the client knew what they wanted—so we listened and brought Like Minds Band to Lagos.

Now, everybody knows that at Omega Events, we give flowers to those who truly deserve them. And today, Like Minds Band, the entire bouquet is yours!

From the very first conversation, communication was seamless. Their professionalism was exceptional from the gentlemen handling the equipment and the sound engineers to every single band member.

Everyone arrived properly dressed. They were respectful, organised and incredibly decent. No equipment scattered carelessly around the venue. No unnecessary drama. No entitlement. No shouting. No fighting or rushing for food. Just a disciplined team that understood the assignment.

And then they started playing…

WHAT?! 🔥🔥🔥

The sound was clear and crisp. The song selection was excellent. The audience engagement was fantastic. They read the room beautifully and carried everyone along.

At the beginning of the event, one of the aunties asked me, “Ibadan band?” 🤨

Later, the same aunty came back and said, “Eh! This Ibadan band is on fire!” 😂🔥

Guests repeatedly came to ask us for their contact and that, for an event planner, says everything.

Azu, take your flowers. Like Minds Band, you were absolutely fantastic. Not one complaint from my team, not one complaint from the client only compliments.

Professionalism has no postcode. Excellence is excellence, wherever it comes from.

Like Minds Band, Omega Events sees you, appreciates you and proudly reintroduces you.

Thank you for showing up and showing out! 1st time working with you and we look forward to more
