@likerealproper have spent years defying boundaries, blending unfiltered alternative rock, emo, and progressive intricacies into a sound that is entirely their own. Renowned for their shape-shifting style and fiercely honest storytelling, they’ve solidified themselves as one of the most compelling voices in the modern indie-punk scene. During their recent UK tour, the band stopped by the Scene Sessions to deliver a raw, electrifying performance that showcases Proper. at their absolute best: loud, articulate, and completely unmissable.

𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀. Got a sweet checkerboard version of our best selling M tee V tshirt (𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘮𝘰𝘴)
𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗶𝗴! Basically a small Tom now. (𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘰 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘸)
𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗳; shooting hoops, home games, party times (𝘱𝘭𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 & 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 @ben11t 𝘰𝘧 @thecheshirephoenix )

Just a little slice behind the scenes of a small biz owner, soundtracked by a song or band that got us through the month, we hope y’all enjoy it 🫶

Well it’s safe to say that @maggsvisuals captured the 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗸𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗲 perfectly 🤌

This is what’s it’s all about folks!
A 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 that’s 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦, 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 & 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦, like a big hug for your soul.
A 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲 full of some of the most 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 & 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘴 who care so deeply for their art.

03-05/04/26 - @mcrpunkfest aka Manny Poo Fu as it’s known to our group.

What a fucking weekend! MPF first entered our festival calendar 3 years ago now thanks to Buds and Tripsun and I can’t see myself ever not going. It’s a fantastic weekend of amazing bands across the lovely city of Manchester. I had an absolute blast with the crew and have already booked up for 2027!

All the bands I saw were awesome and brought amazing great level of energy throughout the weekend an everyone is so friendly. I’ve loaded a selection of my photos of bands from the weekend.

See you next year MPF 🖤
