They tell us to stay grounded
They tell us to shrink, to soften our voices
To stay small-- unseen, unheard.

We rise.
We climb.
We hang in defiance & take up space
with every breath, every beat, every glance.

Every twisting move, every daring drop a declaration
that our bodies are the instruments of our voices.
A reminder that to move is to speak and we demand to be heard!

Unleashed
Gravity can't hold us--
& silence never could.
