OMG last two weeks have been such an amazing time for us hubby & wifey team as we took time to celebrate our joint birthdays with loved ones🎈

We visited some of our FAVOURITE restaurants:

Jerusalem!!!! What can I say? Last night was simply powerful. Over 800 seats filled. Jerusalem has always held a special place in my heart, but after that miracle performance (inside reference) you will truly never be forgotten.

Refuah Shalema @hagit_galkin ❤️

@eemap , you were amazing 🤩

Last show 😭 coming up on Sunday for Ra'anana ( at Hod HaSharon).

*MUSHROOM CASHEW PATE*
Yummy!! Followed this recipe:
http://www.ingeniouscooking.com/mushroom-cashew-pate/
.
.
Thanks Chloe @path2plants for the recommendation 🤗💕😋
.
.
I would make twice the amount next time I'm as this won't go bad quickly and will likely be consumed anyway. It's quite coconutty so I'll experiment with frying with olive oil and adding some garlic next time, as well as salting the mushrooms through cooking rather than after ;)

O-M-G!!! *BEST MOUSSE ALERT*
.
I just found the most amazing 5 MIN mousse in the world (coming from the mousse addict herself). Just follow this easy brilliant recipe by @lovingitvegan 💕 Thank you guys for the recipe!
https://lovingitvegan.com/vegan-chocolate-avocado-mousse/
.
.
*NOTE* I prefer to swap the maple & coconut quantity (i.e. 1/4 cup maple, 1/2 cup coconut)

*BANANA CHOCOLATE CAKE*
Soooo yummy! 😝 My step daughter & I followed this recipe by @lovingitvegan:
.
https://lovingitvegan.com/vegan-chocolate-banana-bread/
.
.
Only changes I made are making it a tad more moist by adding 1 cup of oat milk instead of 1/2 a cup, adding some vanilla extract and also cooked it only 40min as 1 hour in our oven was too much!

Day #2 Plant-based diet: Since I had rice leftovers I decided to attempted my own vegan burger and think I did alright!! Mostly proud for the fact that it stayed together and didn't fall apart 😅 could work a bit more on the taste, but then again few things I wanted to include I didn't have at home so all in all - A for effort 👍🏻
.
.
.
*Rough Recipe*
I fried onions until golden then added garlic and cashew nuts, let it all roast together and added paprika cumin salt pepper etc. In magimix I chopped red peppers mushrooms coriander and added ground flaxseed, nutritional yeast and egg replacement (equivalent to 2 eggs) 3 flat tablespoons of flour. Then added everything from magimix and from pan to a bowl with about 2 cups of cooked rice I had left and mashed thoroughly by hand, then made patties the size of a burger, fried on both sides and then shortly in oven.
