The OP3RAT1V X @southernamtb team was out in force at the @downhillsoutheast finals @snowshoemtn // so stoked to see @jburnett2757 back on the rig from an early season injury and riding like he never stopped 💪
•
Good times were had, trails were shredded, sunsets were taken in, even some podiums were made…and we were reminded what a great sport and community we have, and simply how much fun it is riding bikes with friends.
•
The riding, racing, and self-discovery journey continues. Some of the race team is headed out West for the @prodownhillseries and National Champs in Utah and California, and others headed to @gravitycarolinas and various parks and spots the rest of the summer. Let’s go 🙌!!

That’s a wrap on the regional season! 🎬

From the Southeast’s slick roots and red clay to high speed descents and techy race courses, the Southern Appalachian MTB x OP3RAT1V crew gave it everything they had. 💪🔥

It wasn’t always smooth. This season came with its fair share of crashes, mechanicals, and setbacks but the grit, growth, and community never wavered. Every rider pushed through, lifted each other up, and left it all on the track. 🛠️❤️

Huge thanks to the entire @downhillsoutheast crew for another awesome season. Your work gives riders across the region a place to grow, race, and connect. We’re grateful to be a part of it. 🙌

We’re beyond proud of how far this team has come. Thank you to every volunteer, family member, sponsor, and supporter who made this season possible.

Next stop: Pro DH + Nationals. Time to take it west. 🌄🚐

Let’s finish the year strong. 👊

First race of the @prodownhillseries @riderockcreek for the OP3RAT1V X Southern Appalachian team last weekend went off. Conditions turned muddy and slippery, some of us dealt with injuries, but we came through with hard work, good times, progression, and 2 podiums!

Congrats Lilah and Josh on 2nd Place Podiums and to the whole team putting in the time and work 🙌
