Someone gets control of your head in the clinch.
What do you do next?
Watch the hands, the posture, and how the position changes before the knee.
Save this for your next clinch round and send it to the partner who keeps catching you here.
Are you training in Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita, or surrounding areas in North Houston? Come learn it with us at Texas Singha Muay Thai 🇺🇸🇹🇭 #muaythai #texas #thailand

Before I post my meet lifts, I gotta give recongition to my guys Chris, Alon, and Ish.
As you get older, your circle tends to get smaller and these dudes have been there from Day 1.
I can rely on each one for something...cars...repairs...moving...clearing out houses 🤣...chasing cars...but man, they my little and big brothers.
They usually competing with me or hyping me up.
I literally quit last week...I called off my last lifts.
But seeing Alon in the audience, Chris saying "F it", Ish checking on me, I got back in.
Though I missed my last lift.
I was proud to look them in the eyes and said, well I tried instead of giving up.
Thats what brothers bring.
Thank you fellas.
And we did it for our fallen teammates.
Airon. Chris. Randall. Isiah.
I know you guys watching over us.

Back on the powerlifting platform tomorrow. As customary, I always have given our Team shirts to rock. In 15 years, have made hundreds and I still love it!
If you competed w me and rocked the TS, you know your special. I appreciate ya!
Shirts came in late but gotta get on it!
We will be ready for tomorrow meet!
Wearing TS on the chest is known to add pounds to your lift 🫠

I am so proud of Mel, Diana, Ankita, Ben, Lil Chris, Keith for stepping up to compete. You will show the hard work you all put in!

As always, thank you to my Team who listens to me daily yell at them 😬, everyone from my peeps to open gym, to my 2 cool ass trainers, Keith and Jorge, my family, this all cause of them. I just drive the chaos. And love it!

Lets goooooo...
