We’re starting competition phase for the Mid-Americans and the team is looking strong. First heavy night was a blast. A few steps, a few bobbles, but new pr’s sometimes take a few attempts to stick. @ninjameals hitting 66/84, @lilcottingham with 45/55, @goooohhhhc hitting 111/141, Little Addy with pr 53, and Anni blasting 78/100. So much energy.

Stay in the process! The battle is to focus on your journey; try not to let the numbers get you, don’t worry about what others are doing, don’t be nervous about the calendar. Some days you’re tired, some days stressed, but every moment you can control some aspect of your journey. Technique, focus, recovery, effort. Control and embrace what you can. @ninjameals @lilcottingham @addiej.09 @forzaweightlifting
