One for the books! AMD debut with @wakemanmusical — what a whirlwind past couple weeks. Thank you @nlbarn for supporting new work and @jenngrinels @petestraydogs @lilydorment for your incredible trust and collaboration. 🫡🫶🏼 The Wakeman family has two daddys @reese.cameron23 a force of nature with their soldiers in battle Last min orchestration adjustments with @jenngrinels Band at the Fleming! Guitar/conducting… Post-goat ice cream with the goat 🐐💕 Family portrait! First band rehearsal! Team MUSIC Add it to my title: Vibe Captain Stumbling thru and multitasking, as usual! Wakeman - a new developmental production, written by the incredible @jenngrinels, produced in collaboration with Limehouse Productions and the New London Barn NEST program. It’s been a wild few weeks diving into this emotional and thrilling musical, based on the true story of Sarah Rosetta Wakeman (@wakemanmusical). Endlessly thankfully to @billieakentyers for leading the team so beautifully, for unending support from Lily, @escunningham and @keithcough , our inventive cast and crew for their flexibility and creativity and to Jenn for your thoughtful and moving piece of theatre.🫡 Special shout out to dance captain extraordinaire @mmilkanin and our pre-pro crew.
