Jon and I went to Sweden!🇸🇪 He served his mission here almost 20 years ago and we’ve wanted to go back ever since. Max burgers was the first stop

Swedish culture has been so immersed in our family that it felt like a home away from home for me. But like, 100x cuter than I expected

The first morning we were there we went to @lillasauna and did a sauna/cold plunge in the heart of Stockholm. It was heavenlyyyyyy

When I tell you I’ve been day dreaming about being in a Swedish kids book store since my first was born, I am not exaggerating. It took everything in me to not get one of everything.

We stayed near Humlegården and it was absolutely beautiful.

I wasn’t jet lagged at all 🫩 ha

We’ve been a little busy making a festival… 💜

Two weeks ago, we celebrated the third year of Your Mind Festival — a full day of wellness, movement, inspiration, connection — and a few Solyns, of course. 🥂

So grateful to everyone who came and made the day what it was. And to all the amazing brands, instructors, speakers and partners who brought their energy, heart and passion to the day!!

There’s something pretty special about seeing so many people and brands come together, support each other and create something bigger than what any of us could do alone. 🫶🏼

Hope to see you next year!! Follow @yourmindfestival for updates on the next festival💫

1. Sauna season is officially back ♨️

I’ve been getting more and more into saunas in Sweden, and honestly, this is the perfect time for it. Cold enough to enjoy the sauna, but still warm enough to take a dip in the water after. I put together 8 saunas in and around Stockholm that I think worth visitint 💙

1) @lillasauna 📍 Söder Mälarstrand

2) @sthlmsauna 📍 Vinterviken

3) @basto_stockholm sauna by the water/
📍different locations

4) Edens Bastu📍 Kungsholmen

5) Tanto Bastu📍 Södermalm

6) @bastuflotten_relaxa📍 Stocksund

7) @hellasgarden 📍 Nacka

8) Hornstullsbastun📍 Hornstull, Södermal

Save this for your next sauna adventure ♨️
And let me know if you have a favourite sauna that’s not on the list ✨

🔥 SAUNA + ICE BATH AT YOUR MIND 🧊

We’re so happy to welcome Lilla Sauna as a partner at Your Mind Festival!

Step out of the festival buzz and into the heat. Lilla Sauna will be bringing their beautiful sauna experience to the festival, giving you the chance to warm up, slow down, reset - and then cool off with an ice bath. 🧊🔥

Sauna. Ice bath. Repeat.

A little Nordic reset for body & mind, right in the middle of your festival day.

Come try it, stay for the feeling.

📍 Your Mind Festival
September 6 · Trädgården, Stockholm

🎟️ Book your festival ticket and come spend the day with us.
