The hills was truly such a blessing. It was something unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. For one of the first times I truly felt the Lord working in me and through me. Going into it I was terrified, worrying about if I would fit in or if I would make friends, and even if I would actually be able to open up. I can now say that wow the Lord is SO GREAT. I shared my testimony for the first time ever, I made so many new connections, I got to worship in my own ways. He was WORKING this weekend and I know that He will do the same in Clemson. Words truly can’t explain how grateful I am for this experience. #Cedartribe4L

Left a big piece of my heart at Chimney Point♥️

God did immeasurably more than I could’ve asked for this summer. So grateful for every person, every conversation, and every way He showed His faithfulness. Pinecove will always be a tangible reminder that following Jesus IS worth it!
I thought I was giving up my summer, but God gave me so much more in return. There is an invincible Joy that comes from being rooted in Jesus and walking alongside others to serve + glorify his name!! Truly the best 12 weeks that I’ll never forget!

a summer’s worth of Ebenezers all that point me back to the foot of the cross. I find myself in total awe and wonder at the way the Lord makes himself known through this place and his people. no words can express the gratitude I have for chimney point. life truly is found when it is laid down for the sake of Christ and this summer will serve as a stone of remembrance to that truth. He is my Rock and my firm foundation. He is my strength and my portion. thank you Jesus for the opportunity to be broken and sent on mission for your Kingdom.

What a blessing it is that the Lord chooses to use a broken vessel like me to further his kingdom. This summer I got to see families restored, watch parents find rest, and theirs kids tangibly encounter Jesus. It is only by the grace that Jesus displayed on the cross that I get to be a part of his ministry. Thank you @pinecovechimneypoint

experienced the joy of giving wholeheartedly today trusting he will provide for tomorrow!!

Ain’t no party like a pine cove party!!! Blown away by the Fathers kindness in giving me a summer at Chimney Point! 6 weeks of continual trust and dependence on the God who provides daily bread and immense grace. I know the depths of His love for me better because of this place and every one of these people!
