“Strength Is The Mother of All Qualities”

Athletes and Parents have become very focused on speed, performance, skills, and “sport specific” training.

Why do you think there are so many more injuries in youth and high school sports?

It is tried and true - the stronger an athlete is the more resistant they will be to both contact and non contact injuries.

Strength is also the platform for athletes to build true speed, power and performance.

Our development program gives athletes the necessary progressions and skills to build the strength required for on field domination.

Fall Hours Are Back!

With the school year under way, we offer training both before and after school for all of our athletes.

Despite a busy schedule, training even once a week can make a huge difference for strength gains, performance and injury prevention.

Next up for the class of 2030 is Lillian Sells. Lillian is from Dallas, Texas 🤠 and rowed for Founders Rowing Club! Her favorite ice cream flavor 🍦 is cookie dough 🍪and below are some lovely facts about her.

⭐️⭐️She was a coxswain before she was a rower 📢➡️🚣‍♀️
⭐️⭐️Her least favorite food is cheese🚫🧀
⭐️⭐️She makes study with me TikToks for fun! 📚📖📹

Lillian, although cheese is not your food of choice we are certainly cheesing (😄🤣😝) so much about the fact that you are joining us 🧀😀! 💃🕺🪩
