POV: we asked the Hype team what they’d be doing if they didn’t work here 😂

Safe to say… some of them have thought about this a little too much 👀

So obviously we had to bring their dream jobs to life with AI 🤣

Which one suits them the MOST? 👇🏼

THIS IS YOUR SIGN 🎬

This is your sign to turn your workplace into a full-blown music video… because the fun we have here is honestly a little bit ridiculous.

One minute you’re working… next minute someone’s filming a music video in the middle of the gym.

Safe to say things never get boring around here. 😂💚

TRAINING WITH FRIENDS > TRAINING ALONE 💪🤝💚

Sure, solo sessions have their place… but training with a mate? Different beast.

Here’s the science-backed tea ☕️👇
✅ Higher adherence – You’re way more likely to actually show up and stick to your routine when someone’s counting on you (goodbye fake excuses).
✅ Increased intensity & performance – People train harder, lift heavier, and push longer with a partner thanks to motivation + friendly competition.
✅ Better enjoyment & mood – Training with others boosts enjoyment and reduces stress, which means you’re more likely to keep training long term.

More effort.
More consistency.
More fun.

Tag your training buddy 👀👇
Or better yet… bring them next session 💚

It’s not just a gym. It’s more than just a place to exercise. More than simply a location to get something done. It can be just that for some people. But for others 👆🏻 these people included, it’s about finding others to talk to, to have coffee with, to sit in the hurt locker with, to help keep accountable to the goals set, to hear words shared of encouragement, to share life’s milestones with. For most people the connection to the gym is physical, but for so many people it’s also emotional and mental.

These are my people, and I found them at the gym 🫶🏻

ADD THESE 3 GLUTE EXERCISES TO YOUR NEXT WORKOUT 🍑🔥

RDLs • Sumo Squats • Hip Thrusts

Want stronger, rounder, “these jeans weren’t ready” glutes?

These three moves hit ALL the angles — top, bottom, side. No lonely glutes left behind.

👉 RDLs — stretch + lengthen the hamstrings and glutes. Slow on the way down, push hips back, think “hinge, don’t squat.”

👉 Sumo Squats — wider stance = more glute + inner thigh activation. Push your knees out, chest up, drive through the heels.

👉 Hip Thrusts — the glute growth king. Lock in a full squeeze at the top and don’t rush the reps.
Consistency > chaos. Stick to these staples and watch your glutes level up.

Need help? Ask one of our staff or PTs — we’ll show you how to set up and nail your form. 💚🖤

WHAT A DAY 🩷🎀

Saturday was more than just a fundraiser, it was a morning filled with love, strength, and heart. From the moment that first class started, there was something in the air, an energy that can only come from a community showing up for someone they love. 💞

Every class was packed and overflowing with spirit. The room was full of pink, full of purpose, and full of people who came together for something bigger than themselves. The HYROX warriors, the ice bath legends, and every single person who sweated, donated, laughed, cried and hugged, you made Saturday unforgettable. 💪🎀

To our incredible Shaz — you are the heart of this story. You’ve faced challenges that would break most, yet you continue to show up with courage, kindness, and a light that never dims. On Saturday, we didn’t just see your strength. we felt it. You showed us what bravery truly looks like, wrapped in grace, warmth, and love. 🌸

We stand beside you.
We stand behind you.
And we will continue to stand for you. Always. 💗

To every single person who was part of this special morning, thank you. You reminded us what it means to be part of something real. To lift each other up. To care deeply. To be a family.

This community showed up in every sense of the word and we couldn’t be prouder to call you ours. 💞

BACK AND BI WORKOUT 💚

Training your back is crucial for building a strong, balanced physique. It supports good posture, enhances spinal stability, and helps prevent injuries, especially in the lower back. A strong back also contributes to better performance in key compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, and bench presses.

Beyond function, back training plays a big role in aesthetics—developing your lats, traps, and rear delts creates that wide, powerful V-taper. Neglecting back day can lead to muscle imbalances, rounded shoulders, and stalled progress, so make sure it’s a consistent part of your routine.
