The well needed post nationals reset after a big few months with my number one supporter, my cat mum and queen of all trades 😻

It also is truly a blessing to be able to have what once started off as clients, now turned close friends be able to share this amazing weekend with me. I am eternally grateful to have this impact on those around me and will continue to lead by example to bring those around me to the top 🙏

Already counting down our next adventure where you will take on the world stage ❤️

A truly wholesome running experience with the best run club in Adelaide (in our humble opinion…)

It was a perfect day for a morning run, followed by some mind blowing protein cold foam treats at @lennysbageldeli - seriously; you need to try the iced latte with vanilla protein cold foam 😍😍😍😍

As always, we bring the positivity and Lenny’s provides the fuel 😊☕️

What’s today THE BEST HOLDFAST RUN CLUB yet…?

It certainly might’ve been! We were missing a couple of our regulars, so we need to maintain this standard for the future 😎

Happy International Women’s Day to the strongest, kindest, funniest, most confident and empowering group of women I know. Showing up with confidence every single day in an industry previously dominated by men, these girls staying consistent and giving it their all is what drives me to push harder as a coach and smash goals every single day.

Wouldn’t be half of the woman I am today without my girls 🫶🤍

Another Saturday, another 4 km run completed with the holdfast run club! We’ve got some big news for next week, but we can’t reveal it yet… 🥯 Watch this space 👀

One thing we’d definitely can share; on Saturday 7th we’re going to get some personal bests on record! We will incorporate a 1 km sprint into our regular route, and will be seeing how many of our team can achieve a new PB 🤩

Join us to test yourself, or come along for a gentle jog and witness the spectacle 😊

We meet every Saturday morning, at 7:20 am outside @lennysbageldeli (who also make us the best bagels in town after we’ve run!) 🥯
