There is something profoundly sacred about women gathering in community. I have deeply felt the coexistence of softness and strength~ a sense of coming home to myself while being held by others, for that I will always be grateful. 💕

During my 200-hour yoga teacher training, I met this group of beautiful women who were once complete strangers. Yet, from the very beginning, it felt as though our souls recognized one another. We laughed, cried, learned, struggled, grew, and held space for each other in ways that words can hardly capture. Constantly reminding each other what yoga truly means- UNION. Not just the union of breath and movement, but the union of souls.

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the Future of Wealth Summit by @forbes_swiss at @parkhyattzurich

An afternoon centred around how the definition of wealth is evolving, and how new perspectives are shaping the future of business, investing and leadership.

Two ideas especially stayed with us.

Mental wealth.
The understanding that wellbeing, clarity and emotional resilience are no longer separate from performance, but increasingly part of long-term value creation for companies, leaders and teams.

And assetization.
The shift towards making investment opportunities more structured, understandable and accessible to a broader audience.

Conversations like these are a reminder that industries are evolving far beyond their traditional frameworks, and that branding, communication and positioning need to evolve alongside them.

Beyond the talks themselves, it was also one of those afternoons that reinforced the value of physical events: meaningful conversations, familiar faces and a thoughtfully curated atmosphere.

Thank you @forbes_swiss for having us.

When we are talking about money changing hands, we are talking about a shift in values.

Yesterday at the Forbes Future of Wealth Summit @forbes_swiss at Park Hyatt Zurich, two terms stood out to me: Mental Wealth and Assetization.

First, Wellness = Wealth. Mental wealth is no longer a private topic, it is becoming an asset for companies, leaders and teams.

Second, investing is becoming more accessible through assetization, investment opportunities that were once reserved for a very small circle are becoming more structured, more understandable and potentially more democratic.

Beyond the talks, it was also one of those afternoons that reminded me why physical events still matter: interesting conversations, familiar faces and probably one of the best apéros in Zurich at Park Hyatt.

Thank you Forbes Swiss for facilitating an exchange about wealth and its future.
