If you’re looking to take your practice to the next level, you’ve found your match. Shiva‘s classes are a unique blend of exhilarating energy and soulful challenge yet they remain completely accessible for every body.

Her real secret? It’s the way she builds a sequence. She has a masterful way of layering movements so that by the end of class you’ll find yourself flowing in ways. You never thought you could.

Catch Shiva on Wednesdays for flow at 8:30 AM

Thursdays at 4:30 for Pilates and 530 for flow

Fridays at 10:15 AM for Pilates.

2025… what a year!!! 🤍
This year changed me in the most BEAUTIFUL way.

🚀 January was the month everything took off.
My first one million views on a video. My Instagram began growing at an unreal speed. And for the first time, I allowed myself to think: this is really happening.

🎉 February was pure joy.
I celebrated my first 10,000 followers — a milestone that once felt so far away.

💫 March was intense and alive.
So many plans, meetings, friends, movement, and momentum. A month where everything started to align.

🏝️ April brought rewards.
I won a seaside trip, reached 50,000 followers, and rested in a place that felt like paradise.

💪 May was powerful creation.
I organized a large training event in Toronto — so much energy, connection, and inspiration.

🥳 June felt like a dream.
I became a certified yoga teacher. My friends surprised me on my birthday in the most beautiful way. Walks with my love, a fashion show invitation, brunches, meetings — moments I’ll always carry with me.

👯‍♀️ July was confirmation.
Both of my signature stretching & yoga events were sold out. The energy was unforgettable.

💃🏻 August was pure happiness.
Two magical concerts with friends (The Weeknd and RÜFÜS DU SOL), deep recharging, and two more incredible events organized by me — one on paddle boards on a lake with the Toronto skyline, and one in a studio. So many new connections!

🎤 September was growth.
An interview about my journey, an invitation to be a guest trainer at a large event for the Chinese community, lots of training, a friends’ wedding on a boat, and staying close to movement.

✈️ October was reconnection.
Traveling through Europe, seeing family and friends, slowing down, walking beautiful streets, and living fully in the moment.

🌿 November was gratitude.
A little more travel, then back to Canada, realizing how much I truly have.

✨ December is softness.
Winter days, mini trips with my love, time with friends, and more than 95,000 of my people here.

2025, thank you for teaching me to trust myself.
And thank you for being part of this journey! 🤍✨
