Meet Lilian Ritchie, @keepbermudabeautiful 's Local Champion for this year's Global Ocean Cleanup.

She's out here most weekends doing the unglamorous part of "saving the ocean" — pulling old fishing rope and nets off the rocks, digging plastic out of tide pools, sorting through whatever's washed up.

Lillian has taken part in more than 800 cleanups across Bermuda, helping care for the coastlines, parks, and communities she knows so well. Her story is a reminder that caring for the planet isn't a distant global idea. It starts in the places we call home. Stewardship begins with connection, and Lillian's dedication shows how local action can create lasting impact.

This is what a local champion looks like. Thank you, Lilian 💙

Thank you to everyone who showed up and created with purpose at our Art for the Ocean sign-making event this past Sunday. Your energy, your voices, and your art turned the afternoon into something truly powerful.

People of all ages came together with a shared commitment to our planet, creating signs that spoke to the urgency of climate action and the deep love we have for our oceans and our future. From hand-painted messages to repurposed cardboard masterpieces, each sign carried a story, a hope, and a call for change.

This event reminded us that action takes many forms and sometimes, it starts with a paintbrush and a powerful message. We are so grateful to every person who contributed their time, their ideas, and their spirit. Your presence helped build momentum for something much bigger than any of us alone.

Swipe through to see moments from the afternoon and some of the inspiring creations that came out of it. Let’s keep the energy going, keep showing up, and keep creating for a more just and sustainable world.

Eight weeks in, and the guest journal at @barracudagrill is already brimming with heartfelt notes, kind words, and memories made. To see the pages fill so quickly is a testament to the power of connection, the magic of great hospitality, and the incredible energy of a winning team. The bar isn’t just a place where drinks are made—it’s a place where moments happen, and I’m grateful to play a role in bringing it all to life.

Behind every success is a shared vision, and I want to take a moment to thank @irgpbarnett for the opportunity to step behind the Barracuda bar once again. We first met when I was just 17, and here I am at 39, still fortunate to collaborate with someone whose confidence, trust, and respect have made all the difference. The relationship we’ve built over the years speaks volumes, and I don’t take it for granted.

The fire, the focus, and the plan of action are paying off in ways that only the math can confirm, but what truly fuels this journey is the team and the people who walk through those doors. To everyone who’s supported me, left a note, shared a laugh, or raised a glass—thank you. Here’s to keeping the momentum going and making every moment count.
