It was a dream leading back to school sessions 🍎🍊✨ at The Grove

I helped students get their Macs and iPads ready for the new semester. Of course I had to share actual stickers with everyone too. We used my photobooth and created customized wallpapers in Freeform.

The photobooth is free under “Fun Stuff” on my website. Should I put some digital art up there too?

The World Cup is more than a sport. It is a beautiful reminder of unity, teamwork, respect, peace, and the power of bringing the world together in harmony. I have always been drawn to Argentine tango. There is something undeniably mysterious about it, a dance that speaks volumes without saying a word. Every movement tells a story, every pause carries meaning.

To me, tango mirrors life itself. It is a delicate balance of giving and receiving, leading and following, strength and surrender. At times it feels like a battle of wills; at others, a beautiful expression of trust, passion, and love. The connection between two souls moving as one reminds us that life is not about control, but about learning when to guide, when to yield, and how to move together through every twist and turn.

Perhaps that is why Argentine tango captivates me so deeply. Throughout the years, choosing health was never a temporary goal for me it became a way of life. Whether through nourishing my body, exercising, or pushing myself beyond my limits, I learned that strength is built through consistency and determination. As time passed, the mindset of working hard and becoming stronger only grew deeper within me. Not only do I work hard, but I work out even harder, and that’s what has given me the confidence I carry today.

A healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen by chance. It’s a decision you make every single day. The excuses start to fade when you become addicted to the feeling of becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident in your own skin.

It takes discipline. It takes sacrifice. It takes showing up even on the hard days. But if you truly want it, the hard work will always pay off. No excuses. Excited and grateful to have been part of such an incredible experience at DDS Marketing’s 3rd Annual Meeting at the One Hotel in South Beach, Miami. Sharing the stage with some of the most talented and elite colleagues in our field, including Dr. Sean Mohtashami, Dr. Athena Goudarzi, and Dr. Tirakhsh Emadi, was truly an honor. Being able to exchange knowledge, experiences, and pearls behind the All on X procedure beyond what’s shown on the slides reminded me how powerful growth and collaboration can be. I always used to say one of the perks of having kids young is that one day, you get to party with them… and it finally happened. Getting to experience seeing Mahmut Orhan live with my oldest daughter, Lily, was such an unforgettable moment. One of the best DJs I’ve always wanted to see, and somehow the music, the energy, and the memories meant even more because I got to share it with her. Motherhood has been the most profound journey of my life. Raising three daughters has taught me strength, patience, sacrifice, resilience, and a kind of love so deep it changes your soul forever. Every season of motherhood has shaped me into the woman I am today, and through it all, I’ve been blessed to learn from the greatest mother in the world, my own. My daughters are my greatest accomplishment, my pride, my joy, and the purest pieces of my heart walking beside me through life.
