Stronger in the weight room = stronger on the mat.

Every lift has a purpose. Strength training helps build the power, stability, and control behind stronger jumps, sharper tumbling, more explosive stunts, and overall confidence in your cheer skills.

If you’re ready to level up your performance, come train with me! My next Strength for Cheer class is this Sunday, and I’d love to see you there.

Sign up using the link in my bio and let’s get stronger together!

This will be Lily's third year on the team and is a backspot. She is a junior majoring in International Relations and Criminal Justice. Lily is from St. Louis, Missouri and has been in the cheer world for over 10 years! Aside from stunt, Lily enjoys exercising and spending time with friends! She is most looking forward to meeting the team and traveling this season!!😈🔱
