Haven't done anything acting post in a bit, but Deeply grateful to have found @lozcarmichael and @andrewdarrenelkins and their approach to the craft. I can't put into words how much this work has improved my work and my understanding of it, my inner life, and personal growth through it. Great teachers and classes force you to really look at all your darker inner nooks and crannies, hold you to high levels of excellence with equal parts compassion, push you beyond your edges and expose all of your self for the world to see, nakedly, and I'm grateful to have found that with them and this amazing group of artists.

It reminds me of this Tom Hardy quote: "You don't go to the stage to eat, but to be eaten" to bare your fullest, ugliest, vulnerable parts to learn to harness it and learn to craft with it, has brought nothing but sheer joy and exciting newfound challenges to my work and myself. Being able to share this process surrounded by some of the most supportive, kind, generous, and talented actors I've met has been nothing short of transformative. It feels like I've only scratched the surface of this work and myself in it, and felt like I've remet myself artistically in ways I've been search for, for years. Thanks Loz and Andrew. Here's to more sticks, repeats, and messiest of plays. Train in Chaos everyone 🎭🎥🎬🥋

running a business together for 3 years has been the most fun, rewarding, chaotic, stressful, hilarious ride ever… so we decided to blow off some steam and celebrate with a rage room 🤪

highly recommend xoxo @smashitrageroom
