This is your sign to talk to that random girl with the cute outfit at the gym. She might end up being pretty cool🤷🏻‍♀️😂

(Pls enjoy this throwback from years ago when we twinned on our second time seeing each other at the gym)

WHAT A DAY😍. .
No expo is complete without the swipe➡️post of pics🤷🏼‍♀️
.
Honestly, with any expo I’ve been to, I walk out with the biggest smile, the fullest heart, the biggest sense of purpose and fulfillment and SO MUCH GRATITUDE💜.
.
It’s one thing to put your life on the internet...I’ve always done it because I strive to reach and impact others because I know that no matter what I’m going through, someone can relate,
because SOMEONE has to appreciate my weird, quirky self😂🤷🏼‍♀️. .
1) It’s always fun to see the friends you’ve never met IRL but feel like you’ve known 5ever👯‍♀️.
2) It’s a whole different ball game when I get to hug and get to know the people who know so much about me. .
To hear that I’ve touched anyone whether it’s working with them every day as a coach, being someone who is relatable or even it’s just by making them laugh makes me smile so big it hurts🙃.
.
My heart is so happy. I’m SO tired and hungry😂. I also have to pack to head back to San Diego in the AM (nap first?!😴😴)...but WE ARE LEAVING ON A HIGH❤️. .
If we took a pic, tag me because I want them all😇.

Bittersweet as I said one of my hardest goodbyes today. This place has been my sanctuary, my second home. It holds many early mornings, long afternoons, late nights, blood, sweat and tears. A special thanks goes out to all the great friends I've made who have pushed me to my limits and created some pretty great memories.

To my dearest sista 👯, my gym buddy💪, coffee date ☕️, target run bud, awkward taco 🌮, life talker, kickboxing partner, ass slapper, and my favorite person to rant to. This is one of the few times I'll get emotional on you (so cherish it). HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY BIG 2-1 BIRTHDAY! 🍻🍹🎉🎉. It's unreal how old were getting 😭. I am so grateful that we have reconnected more the past few years. This summer has been a whirlwind 🌪, but I wouldn't have wanted anyone else by my side. Everything we've done (or that has happened to us) has made for an unforgettable summer. I can't wait to see what's next, but don't know what I'm going to do without you by my side this fall. Love ya lots 💕, kick some ass today 👊.
