A tried and true prep for me 🫐
This is a go-to recipe especially when I know I have a busy week and bigger training sessions ahead:

1/4 C quick oats
1 tbs flax seed
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop @lilyslabofficial collagen
~ handful of frozen berries
~ 1/4 C Greek yogurt
~ splash of almond milk

~215 cals | 20g protein | 7g fiber

I made these snack-size for before my workouts. For more of a meal I recommend doubling it😊

I used our Lily’s Lab Collagen Tri-Glow, and these are also really good with whey protein. I also used Oikos triple zero yogurt to get some flavor but plain greek yogurt sweetened with stevia or honey is great too 😋

Stir everything together, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Save this for your next meal prep and follow Lily’s Lab for more easy healthy recipes. Let me know if you try it 🤍

    • 2 eggs
    • ¼ cup honey
    • ¼ cup milk
    • Splash of vanilla
    • 1 cup whole grain oats
    • ½ cup collagen (about 6 scoops)
    • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
    • ¼ cup hemp seeds
    • 2 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp cinnamon
    • ½ tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ¼ tsp salt

the little things you do consistently add up 🤍

@lilyslabofficial in my coffee or smoothie everyday.

I specially love taking it in the morning. When I don’t feel like eating much yet, it adds a little substance to my coffee and helps me feel fueled, focused, and ready for work.

This wasn’t the launch video I had planned, but don’t you just love when these little “coincidences” happen while reading Scripture? The timing felt too sweet not to share. I think we’re supposed to shine a little extra bright today ☀️

I’m so excited to share that our Shine Bright Frothers are officially available on lilyslab.com!
💕 The next 20 collagen orders get one FREE. Just add a tub and frother to your cart, and the discount will apply automatically.

After that, frothers will be $5 with any tub or $7.99 purchased separately.

And to our current subscribers, we’re including one for free in your next shipment 😊
