📸: @bare.vision Always making us look SO GOOD!!!

Hi everyone! My name is Connor Pettit, and I am the founder/director of CNCT (or, cultivating next-level creative talent). I have been dancing for 16 years, teaching for 10+ of those years. If I had to describe my movement in one word, it would be powerful. My training is primarily in hip-hop foundations/fundamentals and hip-hop adjacent choreography, with a sprinkling of jazz-funk and other street styles. I have a passion for creative direction and leadership, helping build strong, respectful, disciplined dancers, and creating opportunities for dancers to continue their training even if a dance career isn’t their goal. Recently, I was a member of Cameron Lee’s Potion Company Seattle Season 2 where I really fell in love with dance at a deeper, more disciplined level again, which coincidentally is why I love dance overall. The feeling of dance at a deeper level makes me feel free and connected to my purpose, which is a feeling I hope to help others explore as well. I cannot wait for season 3 of CNCT and all that we have in store, it is going to truly be next-level.

Hi! I’m Lily, and I’m so excited to be one of the SZN 3 Assistants! I’ve been dancing on and off since I was 6, training in a variety of styles. After rediscovering dance as an adult in 2023, I’ve focused on heels, jazz funk, and hip hop through continued training, performances, and teaching. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to teach heels and jazz funk, performed in cabaret and burlesque productions, and been a part of Fusion, SoulOut, and various guest performances. I love dancing because it’s where I feel most alive, fully present while completely immersed in the movement and performance. It taps into something deeply human, allowing me to connect with myself, express emotions beyond words, and share that experience with others. If I had to describe my movement in one word, it would be fierce ;)

I can’t wait to dance w
