#LIVARYAfterHours 🍸หลังจบงาน Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026
.
และรอบนี้ Bar Us ยังปรับพื้นที่ใหม่ เพิ่มมุมโซฟาให้ร้านนั่งสบายขึ้น ส่วน @lime.by.us ก็ปรับบรรยากาศให้ Cozy ขึ้น
.

Choose what you’re craving 😉

📍Bar Us, Bangkok @bar.us.bkk @lime.by.us

One for your Bangkok bar list.
The cocktail menu is built like a tasting menu—each drink represents a different course, from appetiser to main and dessert. It’s a refreshing concept that makes the experience feel thoughtful, interactive, and unlike a typical cocktail bar.
As it was a last-minute reservation, I only managed to get seats at Lime by Us, the bar’s more casual concept. A great first introduction—but now I have another reason to come back and experience the main drinking room next time. 🍸 #amongsmallmoments @makaylalyepy

Our Piña Colada that's built from ice! 🍍

Here, the ice is pineapple and coconut.
So when it melts, it doesn’t water down and just becomes more of itself.

Piña Colada Ice Cube :
300g Fresh Pineapple
200g Coconut Milk
10g Coconut Nectar
1g Salt
Blend and freeze overnight.

To blend :
45 ml Aged Rum
35 ml Pineapple Cordial
9-10 Pina ice cubes
Optional : frozen jackfruit ( we put it too)

Ripe, juicy pineapple upfront. Creamy coconut body with natural richness. Warm vanilla and oak from aged rum.
A touch of salt to sharpen and balance.

Serve with fried seaweed for an umami lift 🍍☀️

This menu feature in LIME page or just ask our team for this! @lime.by.us

Bar Us celebrated its third anniversary on 19 January 2026 by turning the bar into a meeting point for international cocktail cultures. The night unfolded as a dual takeover, with Jonathan Gabby from Argo Hong Kong leading the Bar Us counter alongside Paul Voza and Simone Santini of Himkok, Oslo. Meanwhile, LIME by Us welcomed Kris Du from Speak Low, Shanghai, and Adam Bursik of Origin Bar, Singapore.

Each guest bar contributed two cocktails, creating a concise yet varied lineup that moved effortlessly from crisp and refreshing to rich and contemplative.

The evening opened with Jonathan Gabby’s Fruity Highball and Cantina Margarita—bright, approachable serves that eased guests into the night. These were followed by Pear and Cherry from Paul Voza and Simone Santini, drinks that reflected Himkok’s thoughtful approach to flavour, where fruit and structure remain in quiet balance.

As the room filled and the tempo lifted, Adam Bursik stepped in with Ants & Bees and No Offence, both confident in style and playful in execution. Closing the guest lineup were Kris Du’s Okinawa and Whisky Egg Yolk, deeper, more textural cocktails that invited slower sipping.

To round things out, Bar Us added its Frozen Es-Yen to the menu, a caffeinated nod to endurance for those staying late.

Three years on, Bar Us continues to draw the world to its bar—an anniversary worth raising a glass to.
