A few months ago, we sent out our @naturetherapyindia Plum + Roses Brew to a group of home bakers and cooks, passionate foodies and professional chefs and raised them to the #NTChallenge – create a recipe using the brew with no bounds, restrictions or requirements. Due to the difficult second wave, I put no time restriction and even kept it open ended that there was no strict requirement to get busy as things were so dire – “just enjoy the brew” is what I told them. But most of them came back with brilliant entries, each one surpassing all levels of creativity and expertise. I have been touched beyond belief! Thank you, thank you, thank you – from the very bottom of my heart! Here’s what these talented creators shared: @foodaholicsinahmedabad Plum + Roses Yoghurt Popsicle (I mean, just look at that!) @erresistble a divine Summer Tiramisu with ladyfingers soaked in the brew, layered with mascarpone and cherries @from.the.corner.table – Rapti shared a twist with Plum + Roses Paayesh @limeandlettuce tea infused sticky chicken marinated in the brew with aromatics, grilled with sesame seeds and served rice – a healthy savoury one-bowl meal! @khyatipandey Plum + Roses soaked raisins swirled into a delightful tea cake batter! Thank you so much guys for sharing these amazing entries! @kefi.spiritofjoy Plum + Roses Brew is infused overnight in buttermilk which is then whisked into a lovely cake batter for delicate floral and fruity notes! @aythoraroy a floral + fruity oatmeal breakfast cooked in the brew, topped with fresh fruits, coconut and honey Find the detailed recipes at naturetherapy.co.in under #NTJournal @naturetherapyindia THANK YOU!!! . . . . #tea #tearecipes #recipedevelopers #ahmedabad #teacakes #popsicles #stickychicken #raisincake #tiramisu #summertiramisu #paayesh #plumandroses #plums #blacktea #teainfusedcakes #teapopsicle #easyrecipes #kitchentherapy #naturetherapy #tealovers #teainfused #chai #rosetea #cacaonibs #creativerecipes #cherries #ahmedabadbakers #ahmedabadcooks

Chicken Dalia Khichdi, healthy, spicy & well, it has chicken! Thank you @limeandlettuce for sharing this recipe and allowing me to do my thing with it! This quick one-bowl meal is the first time I’ve managed to eat dalia without doing the shove-&-swallow I do with a lot of ‘healthy food’. Yup, I’m finicky like that 🤷🏻‍♀️ . Recipe and a chat with @limeandlettuce on the blog; thank you Bhumika for graciously agreeing to be a part of the food series for my blog 💕 . . . #chickendalia #daliakhichdi #khichdirecipe #ontheblog #recipepost #recipeseries #fromthecornertable #traveltuckintalk #dalia #bulgurwheat #chicken #indianspices #indiancuisine #ahmedabadhomechef #foodbloggersofinstagram #redbowl #blackwhitered #handstitchedmats #food52recipe #foodtalkindia

The best meals aren't just the ones with the tastiest food, but also the ones had with zero distractions. Where lack of electricity doesn't matter, nor do you need a four course meal. Tin plates filled with rice, dal and meat is enough to leave you satiated and ready for some post dinner banter! . More about my Naga adventures on my blog! Eating out alone had always been a huge issue for me when travelling alone. Anxious about looking like an idiot, feeling self conscious, concern about being judged are just some of the negative thoughts that would race through my mind whenever I stepped into a restaurant to eat... ALONE. I found ways to deal with them & now, I am (mostly) pretty much chilled out about asking for a 'table for 1'. More on how I managed this in the new post "Tips for eating alone while travelling solo" in #fromthecornertable; blog link in bio & below. . Psst... do you have tips you could share? Tell me in the comments section. . . . . . #traveltuckintalk #tips #traveltips #howto #eatingalone #solotravel #triedandtested #travel #tuckingin #throwbackphoto #tipsandtricks #tips4life #travelmadeeasy #eatingmadeeasy #adventureslikethese #aroundtheworld #indianfoodbloggers #bloggerlife #blogpost #candid #dametraveller #doyoutravel #foodbloggerindia #travelbloggerindia #girlsaroundtheworld #indiblogger https://fromthecornertable.in/2018/09/tips-for-eating-alone-while-travelling-solo/
