POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Siphonic and Liminal are the co-founders and the main forces behind the PRLLX Collective, a bass music record label based in Milwaukee.

Siphonic has been part of Milwaukee's underground electronic scene for over a decade and has developed a style that spans dubstep, drum & bass, experimental bass, hip-hop and other bass-oriented genres. The music he has produced with Fishpause Cine-Music as well as his ongoing solo work shows a methodology based on a strong low-end, unusual textures, and a readiness to go beyond conventional genre boundaries.

Liminal applies a more sombre and atmospheric interpretation to bass music; his style examines tension, space, weight and movement, shifting from deep, hypnotic sections to more intense and aggressive ones. His music is included in the PRLLX catalog, such as “Crooked” on PRLLX Compilation Vol. 1, and "Stretch" on SHIFT.

Siphonic b2b Liminal combines its separate styles in real time—with two selectors influencing each other as they move through deep atmospheric sections, heavy bass pressure, experimental textures, and surprise developments. The final performance is just as much a product of the atmosphere of the room as it is of the music.

Catch @siphonicbass, @liminaldub, and our other artists this Friday at Shadow Frequency (@shdwfreq) @highdivemke for your UK Bass needs. It's our 1 year anniversary event and we'll have a bit of everything including UKG, bassline, dubstep, dnb, footwork jungle, breakbeat hardcore and dnb. Entry is free, the event runs 9pm-2am and we'll continue highlighting the artists performing through the week! See y'all there!

💌A Thank you letter to our people: Thank you for showing up for us, loving us, celebrating us, and making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. We love you all more than you know, and we are so grateful to have you in our lives. 🤍🥂
Here’s to forever friendships and the people who make life so much sweeter. We love you! 🥹🤍

For every celebration, my grandma would give me a pearl with the hope that one day I would wear them all on my wedding day. 🤍

It was such a special honor to have her be the one to put them on me on the most important day of my life. A tradition and a memory I will cherish forever. 🦪🤍

🤍✨

My face his whole speech and somehow we didn’t end up in a fight!
