How long does it take to succeed in insurance sales? Longer than 90 days. Even if your first month is great 👀

What got me through:
1. I stopped judging my career by one month.
2. I learned from people who were further ahead.
3. I built a mindset routine and did it every single day.
4. I kept showing up when the numbers didn’t.

♥️Save this for your next slow month.
💌Send it to a new agent who needs to hear it.
