The Mental Health Week event with Limitless was such an important one for me.

As someone who has struggled with my own mental health, fitness has always been something I’ve leaned on. I’ve always pushed myself to my limits, but for me, fitness has never just been about looking good.

It has been my safe space, my happy place, and a way to clear my mind when life feels overwhelming. It has helped me reconnect with myself, build resilience, and keep going through difficult times.

This is why I’m so passionate about creating spaces where we can have honest conversations about mental health and remind one another that we don’t have to navigate life alone. 🫶🏽
Fitness is more than a physical journey; it can also be a powerful part of our mental well-being.
