Everyone wants the body.

Not everyone is willing to build the standards that create it.

To me, elite isn’t about perfection or having the best physique.

It’s about showing up, keeping promises to yourself, and making the next right decision- even when no one’s watching.

Raise your standard.

The body will follow.

Happy 4th ya’ll! 🇺🇸

I hope you eat good, feel good, and don’t spend the night overthinking any of it.

Quick reminder before the food table gets you: decide your 2-3 favorites ahead of time. It’s the difference between actually enjoying the day and doing math in your head the whole cookout.

No perfect plate required- just intention over chaos.

It doesn’t need to be complicated, it doesn’t need to be stressful. Pick your treats for the day and keep it moving.

And remember.. we weren’t made to be average, we were made to be elite 🎆

The mirror has lied to me every single day since having kids…and I’ve believed it every time.

What I see when I look at myself and what the people around me see are two completely different things.

It took someone telling me she wanted my stomach… the exact thing I’ve been guilty of picking apart- for me to finally stop and think.

We carry around stories about ourselves that nobody else is living in.

The photo angle that ruined your day.
The part you always cover up.
The things you think everyone notices- they don’t!

They see you showing up.
They see you trying.
They see you getting stronger.
They see someone who might be making them feel less alone just by being yourself.

You don’t have to love your body today but maybe just consider that the way you see yourself isn’t always the truth.

Because to someone out there right now…
you’re already the goal. 🤍

Send this to someone who inspires you without even knowing it.

The one who keeps showing up.
The one who’s trying.
The one who makes you want to be better just by watching them.

They probably have no idea the impact they have.

…tell them. 🤍

Ready to get strong AF and finally change the story you tell yourself? DM me.

Here’s my ask to you →

Be the woman who refuses to shrink.

While the world tells you to eat less, you choose to fuel your body with intention.

While the world glorifies smaller, you choose to build strength, muscle, and presence.

While others chase quick results and extremes, you commit to discipline, structure, and standards.

Because you understand something most don’t.

Your body is not meant to disappear.
→ It’s meant to perform.
→ To carry you.
→ To support the life you’re building.

Trends will always come and go. They pull people in, spit them back out, and move on to the next thing. ✌🏼

But strength stays.💪🏼

Strength shows up when motivation doesn’t.
Strength carries you through seasons where life demands more.
Strength builds confidence that isn’t tied to a number on a scale.

So no, you don’t follow trends.

You build a body, a mindset, and a standard that outlasts them.

This is discipline.
This is intention.
This is what it means to be ME.

Send this to a woman who refuses to shrink.

First… go listen to this song because I’m obsessed.

Second… let’s talk about what the gym actually does for you mentally. When you train, your body releases endorphins- your natural “feel good” chemicals. It helps reduce stress, improve your mood, and clear your head.

I swear, a good workout… and I mean a GOOD one- (not walking around figuring out what to do)…that kind of workout can change your life.

Sounds dramatic? Maybe.
But have you ever actually done that consistently?

Life changing.

My favorite part? The mental battles. Because no matter what my clients are going through, they know they walk in with a plan and leave feeling F*cking Fabulous.

If your coach isn’t slightly obsessed with your progress…is she really your coach?

All jokes aside- I check in with my clients daily. Not just on their workouts and nutrition, but their mindset too.

Because real coaching isn’t just workouts and macros. It’s accountability, guidance, and someone who’s invested in your progress.

So yes.. I’ll be watching youuuuu 👀

There’s something about lifting heavy that reminds me of life.

No one can step under the bar for you. No one can brace for you. No one can push the weight up for you when it feels heavy. At some point, you have to decide that you’re strong enough to carry it & that you’re worth the effort it takes to grow.

Sometimes we wait for someone to motivate us. To choose us. To make it easier. But the real shift happens when you decide to lift yourself. When you make yourself a priority not because everything else is done, but because you matter too.

Your goals don’t move closer just because you’re thinking about them. They move when you do. When you show up tired. When you show up busy. When you show up anyway.

What do you really want right now? And what’s quietly holding you back?

Let’s talk about it. Let’s build it. Not just a stronger body but a stronger standard. I’m not here to simply help you look better. I’m here to help you become the woman who carries herself differently… inside and out.

That’s what we lift for.

Glossy hair since 2018.

Fell in love with the way Dream Coat transforms hair in 2018 & quite frankly never looked back since!! The GOAT for eliminating frizz and giving celebrity quality hair @colorwowhair
