THIS SATURDAY AT CHINESE LAUNDRY 🧺 C’EST LA VIE - FULL VENUE TAKEOVER 🫧 @clv.party returns to Chinese Laundry, taking over both rooms for a night built around good music, open minds and the connections that happen somewhere in between. Genre-fluid by nature and community-led at heart, C’EST LA VIE is about bringing global sounds, artists and people together on the dancefloor 🫶 In the Laundry 💫 KITTY AMOR [UK] London-born DJ, producer and Mahaba Music founder @djkittyamor has spent two decades building bridges between Europe and Africa through music, becoming one of the most recognisable figures in Afro house. Her soulful, percussion-driven sound has taken her from Hï Ibiza, Fabric and Printworks to Glastonbury, Tomorrowland and Ultra Music South Africa, with releases across Defected, Sony, Warner and Parlophone. At the heart of it all is Kitty’s commitment to culture and community - championing the sounds, artists and stories that have shaped her while creating space for the next generation. Supported by [A–Z]: ALEX DOWSING KENFO LADYBUG PARTIGIRL In the Cave 🌀 SIXTEN [NAARM/MELB] Naarm DJ and producer @sixten_f brings pure dancefloor energy to the Cave, moving through groove-heavy house, 90s sounds and French touch with a playful approach made to lift a room. From Ibiza, Berlin and Hamburg to sets closer to home with Lost Sundays, Listen Out, XE54 and Glamorama, his sound is fast becoming one to follow. Supported by [A–Z]: JAY WEIJDOM [BDAY SET 🎂] LINA Come for the music, stay for a dance, make friends with someone you haven’t met yet. Introducing @linamusicx 💫 LINA’s mix was one that instantly made sense for LOVE CLVB. Thoughtful selection, great pacing, real emotion throughout… proper world building from start to finish. Beyond DJing, she’s also a producer and vocalist, recently landing on triple j Mix Up and building some really exciting momentum around Sydney. We honestly couldn’t believe the level of mixes that came through. So many dope selectors and producers shared their sound with us, which made this super hard to narrow down, but such a fun listen. Big love to everyone! Catch LINA with us on May 16 👀 W/ @harryhayesss @poolclvb @marymacaroni_ @lupo.theboy @_maxcherry

FABLES 005 (MIX) | LINA | 🇦🇺 | MUSIC Returning to a place that once felt like home. The streets still look the same. Busy people living busy lives, pouring out of office doors like an eager stream. Joining the crowd, all moving in unison, I weave on through. Many late nights spent in this city, meandering to meet friends after a long week of work. Too many hours spent behind a computer screen, days blurring, so much on my mind… but the time has come to forget for a while. We find ourselves looking for a place to dance. The bass pulses faintly from somewhere nearby. Laughter spills over from passing groups, then drifts away as clouds. We follow the same path from years ago, down side streets that were once shortcuts, now only a memory. Each corner a flicker of recognition. Some of those people have come and gone, myself included. I am here with new friends and old, and we are side by side with strangers, whose faces become familiar with every passing song. So much has changed in so little time, and the journey has taken us to vastly different places. Yet the music still calls, and I find myself back again, perhaps a different person than before. Maybe in another couple of years, I’ll be different again. Will I still like the same sounds? Or will I prefer other rhythms? Regardless, the days push on. This moment will never happen again, at least not how I experience it, as I currently am, right here, right now. The outside air is cool on my skin. No more stress, no more feeling tired! There is nothing in the world to worry about. Just keep moving. *Recorded live at Section 8 in Melbourne, Australia (2025) Stream mix via the Phelt Soundcloud.
