At 52, I don’t complicate my nutrition.

Steak, fresh fish, grass-fed ground beef. That’s my kind of grocery shopping.

I focus on real food, plenty of protein, lifting heavy, and enjoying life.

I’m not trying to be 25 again. I’m trying to make 60 feel better than 40.

Eat clean. Lift heavy. Be happy.

What’s your favorite protein source? Steak, fish, or ground beef? Drop it in the comments.

People don’t buy products. They buy SOLUTIONS.

Nobody wants a weight loss program. They want to feel confident in their own skin.

Nobody wants a gym membership. They want to feel stronger, healthier, and younger.

Nobody wants another supplement. They want more energy, better sleep, and a better quality of life.

The biggest mistake in business? Selling what you have instead of solving what people need.

At 52, I’ve learned that real success comes from creating value and making a difference in people’s lives.

We sell the problem we solve, not the product.

What do you think matters more in business: the product or the solution?

Forget birthdays, anniversaries, and retirement parties.

Today I want to recognize the real MVP.

My asshole.

52 years of dealing with my shit, handling my bad decisions, and working overtime without a single vacation.

We’ve been through some shit together. Literally.

Here’s to another 52 years of keeping our shit together!

You don’t build muscle just in the gym. You build it by giving your body what it needs afterward.

Workout complete. Now it’s time for a juicy steak.

At 52, my priorities are simple: build muscle, stay strong, recover well, and keep getting better with age.

Training breaks down muscle. Protein helps rebuild it.

What’s your favorite post-workout meal? Steak, chicken, eggs, or something else?

Comment below.

Most people peel their kiwi. I eat the whole thing, skin and all!

Here’s why:

1. Eating the skin increases your fiber intake.
2. The skin contains antioxidants and other beneficial nutrients.
3. More fiber supports gut health and digestion.
4. No peeling means less waste and more convenience.

Just wash it thoroughly first!

Be honest, would you eat a kiwi with the skin on, or am I crazy?

Comment YES or NO below.

Small habits create big results.

You don’t need an extreme workout to improve your health. A daily walk can support your heart, mood, metabolism, energy, sleep and longevity. And when you do it with good people, it becomes a habit you actually look forward to.

Most people think healthy aging requires a complete lifestyle overhaul. It doesn’t.

Better sleep. Daily movement. Real food. Hydration. Connection. Less stress.

You don’t have to change everything at once. Pick 3 habits and stay consistent.

📌 Save this list and come back to it.

Walking might be the most underrated longevity habit. 🚶‍♂️

And no, it doesn’t have to mean carving out an hour for a workout.

A walk can be your catch-up.
Your problem-solving session.
Your after-dinner routine.
Your mood reset.
Even your trip to the mall.

The goal isn’t to walk perfectly. It’s to find more reasons to move throughout the day, because those steps add up.

Save this for the days you need a reason to get moving.
