Congratulations to BSF Remote Athlete Lincoln Causero on his commitment to McLennan College.

He’s worked his ass off, stayed consistent, and earned this opportunity. Proud to have him joining BSF Athlete Gino Zagorac!

Spin Efficiency Work
feat. @gino_zag4

Gino has never been able to make the ball turn left, or “break” into the negatives on the x/y axis graph.

Having recently been up to 95mph multiple times in a bullpen, he’s set up to have a monster sophomore year at McLennan CC with fellow BSF Athlete @lincoln.cau

The one thing to polish off the arsenal was getting something to break horizontally and “turn left”.

Instead of waiting for the next high-intent pen, and with limited time in-house before heading back to school, we went right to work getting the spin right in catch-play even at a lower intent.

Yes, it’s true. You can’t truly design a pitch at sub max intent, but you can start to get the feel of spinning the ball the way you’re looking to with the prospective pitch we’re looking to add.

I’ll let the video do the talking on how it’s going.

Velo isn’t the only thing that makes the cool kids cool. Gross stuff helps too, and it’s better to have both 🧃
