I’m going to do my absolute best to keep this short and sweet but some things need to be said
First off I owe a special thank you to my team @bairaesthetics and @mattyliftsmoore when we started working together we were NOT in prep shape. But 4 months of 100% effort and commitment and we made it happen.
Next, thank you to my roommate’s and anyone around me who put up with my shiz for the last 20 weeks, I’ve got a great circle of people and I credit this weekend to all of them as-well.
So much came from the last 4 months and I have never really touched on why I do this sport.
The ability to set a goal and commit to it 10 fold is more awarding than any medal or prize.
Won’t be stepping back on stage any time soon as it’s now time to lock in just as hard on an off season and grow 🤟🏻
“Champion mentality, I am not bound to succeed but I am bound to live up to the light that I have.
Winning didn’t happen on show day, it came with long days and I mean really long days, and longer nights. Long cardio sessions, training sessions.
Excited for the future ✌🏼
