We said forget “type.” Let’s have some fun.

Beyond Type: A Cabaret was a night of unexpected songs, unexpected performances, and some of the Valley’s favorite artists showing us a different side of themselves.

And honestly? These were the best of times.

Watch the recap, then follow The Bridge Initiative for more Arizona artists, performances, and events that push beyond the expected.

Did you know? Our Company members do so much more than The Nutcracker! 🩰✨

Beyond Nutcracker and our annual full-length spring production, dancers ages 10–18 take the stage all across the valley. We’re especially thrilled to join @phoenixsymphony at @symphonyhallphx with @juliedesbordes.conductor this season for their Symphony for the Schools series in October, November, and January

The dancers LOVED this fun combination by company rehearsal director and academy instructor @zejnatiastrit during company auditions held two weeks ago. And special shoutout to resident accompanist @lincolnwright71 for helping to keep up the dancers’ energy!
