Meet Linda! We’ve been training together almost 4 years now:)

She’s a Narrow ISA…Swayback presentation.

She demonstrates:
-Limited Hip IR and her Hip ER is magnified.
-Limited SLR and Toe Touch.
-Sacrum is counter-nutated.
-Posterior lower and anterior upper pelvis is concentrically oriented.
-Posterior upper and anterior lower pelvis is eccentrically oriented.

This version of a Double DB High Box Squat…is a BIG ASK for her structure!

This is HARD WORK for sure…BUT, without the “beat down”…just SMART.

Heel elevation allows for greater pronation of her feet…a paired action of IR.

Box height allows for minimal anterior tilt of her pelvis. Happy:)

Almost 4 years ago, Linda struggled with chronic tightness of her hips and low back pain. NOT NOW!!!

SO PROUD of all her hard work and progress. She earns each and every rep!!!

Are you a personal trainer or coach looking for extra support? Then you’re in luck - I’m excited to announce a new offering for coaches and trainers…online mentoring sessions with me:)

Together, we can work to get you where you want to be because we should all feel excited, capable, and inspired about what we offer and how we go about it. Check out the 🔗 in my BIO to find out more information.

Coach smart. Train smart. You decide. Be kind.
