Lin trying escargot for the first time as her scary thing of the day in honor of the Steelers playing in Paris today! 🐌 🥖 Here we go! Trying food outside your comfort zone can definitely be scary! It also expands your horizon and palette. Allow yourself to face the fear and try the exotic food. You might discover something you enjoy and even if you don’t, you have the story and gave it a shot. Tell me the most interesting food you have ever eaten in the comments.

I dressed up as The Star for a tarot card photoshoot this weekend and I have never felt more accurately costumed in my entire life. The Star is hope after chaos. Renewal after the hard thing. She pours freely, shines without apology, and trusts that there is always enough light left over. She is open. She is radiant. She is unbothered in the most intentional way possible. She absolutely has glitter in her hair. I think about how often we talk ourselves out of the bold outfit. The statement look. The thing that feels like too much. And I wonder how many times we have dimmed ourselves down to make other people more comfortable. The Star does not dim. She glitters. Wear the thing. Add more sparkle. Be the card. Cheers babes.

Scary October continues with eating outside even though you are scared of the birds who might be lurking around wanting to eat some of your food. Did you catch the bird in the background at the end?! 🐦 We laughed at the birds hanging on the rope with a sign that says “stay off the rope” right next to it. There are lots of scary things that could hold you back from doing enjoyable activities. Your mission is to conquer the fears to get to the fun that is worth it. Cheers to doing scary things, babes.

Let’s Be Less Stressed in practice at @noburestaurants brunch in Malibu! A few of the stress relief tips in my book that we did at brunch include: 🌊 Hang out by water 😍 Try something new 🤤 Expand your palette 🍄‍🟫 Taste something umami 🍣 Eat something cold The meal was amazing! Two of us had never been to Nobu (funnily the two that live in California) so everything was new for them. It’s so peaceful to hear the waves crashing in the background of our meal. The dish with caviar on top is monkfish pate which is definitely a palette expansion for me. The tiny steak, lobster and tuna tacos are incredible. Def one of my fave parts of the meal! One of the options on the menu was umami chicken wings so I had to order those! Last dishes pictured are king crab amazu, truffle butter ribeye, crispy shiitake salad, yellowtail and scallop tiradito! This is your sign to use Let’s Be Less Stressed as a guidebook for more fun and adventure in life!

Thankful to have a mom become one of my best friends as I got older! She has always been one of my favorite people but it’s so fun to get to play more together as adults! We love doing silly dance trend videos, visiting cool places and wearing fun clothes. We will be together again in July so send us what our next dance video should be! Love you Lin!

Shoutout to my vibrant and badass mom @lindalong62 on her 65th birthday! Throwback to this video from when I was back home last summer and we went to the elementary school that my brother and I attended. Looking back it’s amazing to think about all my mom did to set me and my brother up for success. Liking putting us through catholic school. She has been our biggest cheerleader since we were born! Cheers to this sweet angel of a human who spreads positivity wherever she goes, does countdowns for every holiday, is a major flower lover and up for all the good adventures. Happy birthday!!!
